I know what you mean, if I don''t eat protein on my DD, I'm in trouble!

oh i bet the witness will say she is crazy and battered..then another will say the opposite...i really think she went there as a jealous ex and did it for that reason...imo

I have no idea who JA is, but sounds as if she's not one of the goodies......

I just enjoyed a green salad with chopped up smoked salmon and I am full for 150 cals. Nice. With one tea and one coffee, I call that a good DD.

Welcome Kim.

supposed to have an audience that will double as jurrors ..so I really want to know what regular people would decide if they could..

That's why I don't tell people. I just tell them I'm trying to watch what I'm eating and being more careful about my choices and adding in exercise. I don't make a big fuss about my DDs, course, I work somewhere where I can get away with that.

There is an old thread on here, from early to mid January where some poor gal got threatened to be turned into CPS because her social worker thought JUDDD sounded like an eating disorder. I decided then & there I would not be telling people except those who absolutely needed to know about JUDDD and this WOE. 99% of people, sadly, want to see you fail, and so they're going to do whatever or say whatever to bring you down.

Unlike, of course, the JBs who are universally fantastically awesome and only want 110% success for everyone involved!!!

People seem to either really be interested and want to try it, or think it's the most unhealthy thing ever. Ack. I personally don't care what folks think. It works and it's something that's SUSTAINABLE for me. What happened to "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all?"

ANYHOO, Stacy you are doing awesome!!!

Just coffee for me today. Then my latte for dinner. Between 180-260 depending on what type of milk they used in my latte.

ML, just hang in there, and remember,,..most people we work with seem to feel they MUST give their opinions, even when you don't ask for them...when I was working and doing something different I would sometimes make up a crazy story to tell them...just for fun..if I wasn't dieting then someone would say...ah are you going to eat all of that?..I'd say no...I didn't buy this to eat..I bought it to look at..I bought this Whopper in order to study it in case I ever decide to become a sculptor....just take the comments that you don't like with a grain of salt....when you can...You're going to have success and meet your goals..I just know it..

That's interesting, thanks for the info.
I remember watching E! For the OJSimpson trial. I was 9 months pregnant and on bed rest, so I got to watch every minute of it. A lot of the people who covered that case on E! Now cover trials on HLN. Anywhoo..

Then had a pkg of shiritake noodles @ 40 cals and melted 2 pkgs laughing cow cheese into them for 70 cals...grand total of ...

I don't know how many calories I had because I don't have a food scale, really need to get one., I think I am right under 500 though, I had chicken breast and cabbage slaw with a WW cheese wedge for dinner.
