OK, adding up my calories so far. I use these threads as my personal food journal
Breakfast 3 girl scout cookies, coffee with cream-265
Lunch1.5 salmon croquets, 1/2 red potato-300
Snack 2 more girl scout cookies 130
Dinner-hamburger patty, tomato slice 1/2 small avocado, sweet potato fries-530
I can't believe I still have so many calories left. I won't let them go to waste, I promise

Well after all said and done I was over by 85 calories. I just did green beans, black eyed peas, mashed potatoes, and a roll for dinner. Can you tell I'm from the south? lol Was really looking forward to maybe a steak, but my mess up at Shoney's threw that out the window. but on a happy note I still managed to have my brownie with a very small scoop of blue bell homemade vanilla. Just going to have to pull a strong DD tomorrow and get some good exercise in.

I heard somewhere that you can burn 1100 calories in a workout. Do you know if there is any truth to that? I know she says she pours sweat every workout. And she also says its tons of fun. I don't know if there are classes in my area. I went to one class at a local gym, but the instructor was just pretty much up there doing her own thing and the rest of us were just trying to follow her feet. lol Not a whole lot of instruction on the steps.

That is why I don't do it, you are supposed to just jump in and do the steps, very embarrassing when you are uncoordinated like me!

Yeah, I'm trying not to be too dramatic. I just really look forward to my UD's (As we all do) and when I saw the calories in that stupid sandwich my jaw almost it the floor! And I didn't really want that in the first place. I ate it thinking I was being conservative so I could have an awesome dinner. Talk about letting the air out of your balloon. Shoney's has been black listed!!! Hee, hee

Ha, ha. I know ya gotta let just let 'er rip. I'm one of the types that would be on step 2 when everyone else is on step 4. But I guess most people start out that way until they do it a while. I love to dance so once I did get the hang of it, it wouldn't seem like exercising anymore.

I wear a HRM every time I go and usually get between 400-500 calories burned. I miss a lot of the steps and don't go as hard as some, though I go harder than others, so I'm sure, if I was better at it, I'd probably burn more in the 600-700 neighborhood. I'm ecstatic that I can burn over 400 calories just having fun, though.

I think this may be the first up day (maybe I have just forgotten?) since starting JUDDD that I felt full and literally couldn't face the thought of anymore food... and all before I had got to my calorie allowance. Ok so I'm only 100 under no big deal but to me it is when usually I am over by a lot. I was actually full enough after having 1481 calories but I didn't want to be 550 ish calories under my allowance so I had some trifle.

Anyway so I had:

A cheese and onion white bread toastie
Egg fried rice
3 hot dogs
Portion of fruit trifle

Total calories 1933

I'd take 400 or 500 a workout at this point. I'm sure I don't get close to that walking moderately. If I had to guess prob 250 to 300 at best.

I just got back and burned 464 calories in 65 minutes (she went a little over time today).

Dinner ended up being steak, tilapia, salad, asparagus.

I'm finishing my day (post-work-out) with a protein bar and a glass or three of wine. Great combo!
