Now that the weather is getting nicer, I want to join in! I already do Callanetics five days a week with two rest days, but I also want to aim for 30 minutes of walking 3-4 times per week, depending on the weather and other factors. I love to walk.

I am recommitting to walking again. The goal is 3 hours per week. Got an hour in yesterday. I am going to try Callanetics this month as well. The goal is 12 hours, 3 hours a week, the same as the walking. I have done nothing in the way of exercise in the last 3-4 months, and it shows.

I just discovered this website. I have been on the Atkins plan since April 26, 2013. I have already lost 2.4lbs! I haven't started an exercise program yet, but will soon.
