2 miles in my living room last night!

I'm going to really try to get up every hour and move for 2-3 minutes. I tend to sit and sit for hours. I think even that small amount of activity will be helpful. And if I forget and have to set an alarm, then so be it!

Probably none for me today. I did something to my back/neck and can hardly move. I plan to head to the chiro after work. Hoping to resume miles tomorrow.

I feel terrible that I've avoided this thread like the plauge the last few weeks. And I started it!!! I have walked approximately 10 miles in the past 3 weeks, through every day stuff like trips to the fridge, the bakery and the grocery store.

Today the back/neck are still very iffy. I will put away the walking shoes till Monday. Let whatever is amuck with my spine settle. I was at the chiropractor twice yesterday and will probably go twice today

Thanks Cindy. Today at the chiropractor he was able to get a lot done. He actually was able to work my neck, which yesterday wouldn't budge!

Hope you don't mind if I join you guys as a fly by occasional poster? It has been such yucky weather this week that I had to pull out my Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds DVDs. I was just getting used to the warming spring weather and getting back on track with walking. Today, was awful...cold, wind, rain and sleet. But, the fitbit ended at 8852 and 3.98 miles. Not too shabby considering it was all done right in front of the TV.

I got in 3 miles yesterday. Today is COLD/WET/Snow/Sleet so no miles today for me. April 23rd, right???

Don't know if this counts, but I do alot of walking at work. So I bought a pedometer just to see how much walking I actually do at work.

3.91 miles last night. And that was in my 4 1/2 hr shift.
