I look at my carbs every once in a while, but just to kind of see where they fall. UDs are usually around 150 or so, sometimes less, sometimes much, much more. I don't appear to be carb sensitive, though, so they don't seem to affect me too much.

Ps: I think Dawn only really counted cals, if I'm not mistaken. But in observing her menus (bc she eats things I've never heard of.... ) I think her carbs are low-ish, but that's not her focus. And uds usually had some wine and/or chocolate.

Spaghetti squash was actually on my shopping list this morning, but they didn't have any at WF or TJs! I LOVE it, and was planning on having that, instead of pasta, with dinner tonight.

Soren's right, I just count calories and OFTEN (okay, almost always) include wine on my UDs. Chocolate is rarer, but does happen.

I'm at 817 calories with approx. 923 left for the day. DH just called saying we're all meeting up for dinner out in an hour. This restaurant doesn't have calories listed, so will just do the best I can. Honestly, I'm burned out with the stupid scale lately anyways, so I don't really care. Hmph.

Enjoy the evening ladies!!!

Feel like this is going to be an eat all day long day. Haven't planned anything out. Going to the store later.
Have a good UD!
I'm rounding the above up to 600 because I also had a bite of my son's PB&J.
Snack-smoked Gouda pimento cheese and 5 saltines-330
I have about 700 left.

Hope everyone ended a great day,,,

I stuck to my menu, except I did use my wiggle room and ate 1 soft pretzel stick with dinner and at movies only 1/2 my bag of 100 cal popcorn instead of it all as counted

I am ready for my DD tomorrow....hopefully I can find some spaghetti squash tomorrow to have with my dinner

Sleep well all...
