Well its UD Saturday for me. It's 5.55 am and I can't sleep and am planning my food for the day. DH is planning a BBQ tomorrow which is my DD; I might get a juicy t-bone today so I don't feel deprived tomorrow. I had no nuts on my last UD which was a major victory for me and I have no cravings for them atm. Trying to get motivated to do a spin class this morning but not feeling it.

I'm at around 1000 calories and not even thinking about dinner, but I do want some wine. :D I still haven't figured out if I need a lot less calories on 5:2, or if I should just stick with my JUDDD numbers. I think DDs would be more difficult for me at my weight with only 1500 cal UDs.:dunno: I wouldn't know because I've not come close to that low (calories) yet. :laugh::laugh:

Probably going to cook some pork and rice pilaf for dinner. Bf wants me to cook something and I've been wanting to do that particular dish all week. Depends on if I can find pork shoulder at the grocery store...anyway, hope everyone is having a great Friday!:high5:

ditched the green smoothie I had planned and instead had my all time favorite candy-Whoppers Robin Eggs :yummy: Still on track to hit my calorie goal for today though!

B 2 med eggs w chz n spinach, turkey sausage w sf syrup, hot tea 256 cals
L .5 healhty choice shrimp entree w asparagus, squash, added fesh spinach, pc garlic bread, .5 avocado w few lentil chips 353 cals
S misc snacks and girl scout cookies so glad when these are gone! Ugh! 400 cals
D nachos and margaritas est 1200 cals???

May have went over by a couple hundred but this is only my 3rd time going over on an UD since Jan 12 when I started!
