Good morning and happy Friday!! I am off today so have some errands/shopping planned to keep my mind off the fact my stomach is eating itself!
Going to do what I did last DD. B: Coffee all morning long. L: 1 scrambled egg with 1 tbs of salsa S: (If I need to - hard boiled egg) D: 1 Trader Joe's spicy chicken sausage 1 c ginger/curry cauliflower 1 Sargento light string cheese stick Grand total of 450 calories Has anyone here tried putting unflavored protein powder in their drinks during the day? I tried searching here and couldn't find anything. |
I'm snowed in today so will see how today goes- if I'm not busy I get hungry sometimes.
B- mug of cocoa canella tea 20 minutes on bike/eliptical- water w/ lemon after. Hopefully can make till my bedtime snack with just a mug or 2 of broth if needed. |

It's 14:30 for me. I've had glucomannan powder and a konjac block (approx 30kcals, from fibre)
I'm going to eat 50g of cold potato with mustard (approx. 50kcals) in the near future. Later, I'll eat 75g (uncooked weight) of white rice (steamed) with vinegar for approx 280kcals. I'm trying a rice meal on the PH because yesterday's seems to have helped to get rid of the rash I'd developed (who knows). Total of approx. 360kcals which is on target for a DD. |

After my big UD yesterday I am ready for this DD believe it or not... B; 8 oz V8 juice...50 cals L; 8 oz V 8 juice...50 cals D; chicken noodles soup with 5 saltines....180 cals green apple......116 cals Total....396 have a happy friday <3 |
I'm right there with you Stacy! :shake: I ate the wrong types of foods yesterday and was SO looking forward to today! It's 11:30AM and I haven't eaten a thing so far. I did have about a tsp of coconut oil in my coffee this morning. I'm trying to put off eating as long as possible. Drinking lots of tea and lemon water.

L- steam ummm with cabbage and a LC cheese wedge D- chicken, soy sauce, green bell pepper and garlic for a stir fry and chocolate almond milk total cals for the day: 409 |
breakfast: blueberries, strarwberries, and grapes
snack: 60 cal yogurt lunch: steamed veggies snack: 70 calorie soup dinner: "tuna fish casserole" i use low cal noodles, divded can of mushroom soup, half a can of tuna, and cheese and heat it up...sooo good and filling! all of this comes to 500 on the dot :) |
B: Lots of coffee with small amount of half and half
L: Greek yogurt and frozen blueberries D: Cabbage; ground turkey breast; mushrooms and cheese stir fry Bed time snack: Muscle Milk Light with gluc powder Lots and lots of water all day! Maybe some green tea or hot chocolate with a teaspoon EVCO It comes out to 520 calories w/o the coconut oil. That's a little high but I'm giving myself permission to do 500 calorie DDs when I need it. Or even 600. Today I feel like I'm gonna need it!:sad: |

The kids always want pizza on Fridays so I may order a super thin cracker crust pizza for DH & I, then I COULD have 2 slices for a total of 314 today or even 3 slices for a total of 453 today. We'll see what happens once DH gets home. ;) |

My day totally changed from what I thought I'd eat, but it was an awesome DD!
B: Tsp of coconut oil in black coffee L: 1 Hard boiled egg & a babybel cheese D: Salmon patty on a whole wheat roll I don't count the coconut oil, so my total is about 350 so far. I also changed my menu just a bit....yay for changes

Dinner was 1 piece of brisket(very small piece, maybe 1.5 oz), with chopped lettuce, tomato, celery, pickle for about 100. This is totally a guess.
Then i was still hungry, so I had 2 scrambled eggs w/tomatillo salsa-150. So, 500.even. |
