UD Wednesday - plan??
 
B - 2 egg, toast, cheese 340c
S - protein granola bar 190c
L - salad with chicken, salsa, tomato 220c CHIPS???
D - Mexican creamy chicken, over lettuce

S - blizzard, they are bogo for $.99 we plan to take the kids after church!

I think next week will be anything EXCEPT CHICKEN! I think I may lay an egg after this week! ;)

My UD will include a small peanut butter milkshake from my favorite ice cream shop that opens for the season today! Never mind that there's a cold wind blowing and its 38 degrees! :hyst:

L- maybe Wendy's chili or a frozen diet meal (~250) and a cup of cherry tomatoes (30)
S - 100 cal popcorn or 100 cals of sweet potato chips
D - not sure but i will have about 900 cals to play with to get to 1600 cals

L - cobb salad w/ ff balsamic, couple of bites of buttermilk spice muffin
D - 1 pc skillet crisp tilapia, 1/2 cup lima beans, to go cup mac n chz
S - trefoils, jelly beans

Before these girl scout cookies came into my house, I wasn't keeping anything sweet here. I would eat sf jello and cool whip for dessert. Gotta get back to that routine!!!

This is a terrible menu but it is what I wanted. and what I ate.
