DD Tuesday - Plan?
stir fry or soup--not sure
Goal is 500-600c , I haven't done very well lately!
Plan for the day:
Progresso soup for lunch & maybe a baby bel cheese
Dinner will probably be a repeat unless I feel like I need more protein. If so, I'll have a Salmon burger(110c)
Breakfast was a little coconut oil in my coffee after my HARD boot camp workout.

Not sure yet. I have a dr. appointment this morning, so my schedules all out of whack. I'll have a Quest bar with me for breakfast/lunch. No clue otherwise.
B - coffee with HWC, 2 eggs
L - broth
D - potatoes and broth
Plan: Stay at or under 500 calories; low carb; lots of lean protein
Breakfast: Coffee, coffee, coffee, with a little half and half
Lunch: probably eggs with green pepper cooked in
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast; mixed green salad with purple cabbage and light dressing; maybe cooked spinach and some broth
Bedtime snack: Muscle Milk Light with gluc powder in the magic bullet. A bowl of frozen blueberries with Truvia
If needed: a Cup of hot chocolate (20 calorie FF) with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. This would be late morning if necessary.
