03/10 Dog Park (I didn't wear my HRM, but Keira and I played catch and played with about a million dogs, so I'm counting it!)

03/13 Zumba PM (-508 calories) DH made it home in time for me to go to the gym.
03/17 Walking around the zoo. Probably not much burn, but at least we'll be moving.

Wow, the daily-record posts are starting to look amazing! How great is that to see a month filling with activity, good record-keeping. I gotta do that next month!

I did finish my 4 straight days of 50-minute workouts and went to EOD (every other day) with them. Have been keeping it up well.

Anybody else measure at the last/first of each month? I'm planning my March 31 measurements now. I will measure on the morning after an "off" day so I won't be measuring any muscle swelling from exercise the day before. I'll check back to my Feb 28 records and tell ya'll if there was any inch loss!

It's a great idea, Whitlin'. I'm really bad about measuring, but I should start doing it monthly again too.

3/4 - 1 hour Callanetics - jello legs for sure!
3/5 - 1 hour Callanetics - a little sore, but feels good!
3/6 - 1 hour Callanetics - feeling stronger
3/7 - 1 hour Callanetics & 3 sets of biceps - soreness is gone
3/8 - 1 hour Callanetics - biceps are sore this morning, so it worked!
3/9 - 1 hour Callanetics & 3 sets of biceps
3/11 - 1 hour Callanetics & 3 sets of biceps
3/13 - 1 hour Callanetics & 3 sets of biceps
3/14 - 1 hour Callanetics

I try to measure once a month, the weekend after TOM arrives usually, that way I feel like my body is somewhat in the same state each time I measure. I'll be measuring again this Monday, since I have Monday off too!

My measuring tape is in a box somewhere... But I'm going by how my clothes fit. My belt is on a smaller hole than it used to be, so the waist is going down a bit. I need to go shopping for shorts, I may try on a 10 and see how it fits.

I forgot to mention ~ on Wednesday at the gym, I was waiting for my class and DH was working the machines. I walked through that area to give him his Gatorade and then walked back to get in line for Zumba. He told me a bunch of the guys were checking me out. It was probably all in his head, but it was still good for my ego.
