I have some really great Hiit workouts you can use with any type of cardio equipment. They are the Cardio Coach programs. I have used them on my elliptical. If you message me, I can mail you a CD. They will really get you motivated, and sweat like a mad woman.

About to heat out to do my 50 walk. Late start today. It was really cold this morning so opted to wait a little while.

There are motivating people everywhere you look in this thread!
What a treat to read about what everyone is doing. I am reading every post but better not start shout-outs because I'll leave someone out!

I didn't even think of making it a daily record like the weight check-in thread, but that is a great idea and I wish I'd done it now!

I stuck with minimum of 20-min per day until Tuesday the 19th, which made it more than a month of daily workouts. I was alternating T-Tapp, elliptical, Zumba.

Switched up then, to 50-minute T-Tapp total workout every day for these last three days. I'll probably go one more and then begin every-other-day. (That's standard T-Tapp planning - 4 straight, then every-other-day or 3 times a week, then when you want maintenance, just twice a week or so.) I'll switch between different T-Tapp DVDs but keep then total workouts, 'cause I'm thinking I need inch loss. (that's me with the tape measure on April 1, assuming it shows a nice loss!)

LoCarbGal and other Callanetics folks, is there also a plan for you, for when you take planned days off, or when you will graduate to fewer workouts?

grammyw/kitties, is that to get ready for one or because you are a med. professional? Good for you to learn about it - maybe not over lunch. lol.

Whitlin', I just had a personal goal to do 10 workouts in a maximum of 12 days, which I did. I know I'll never keep that schedule up regularly, but I do have a goal to do 2 or 3 workouts per week with Callanetics, just to stay toned and keep getting stronger. I'm also considering adding in some walking, but haven't committed to that yet.

I love how much you walk!

That's really funny about the outlet. I was with Keira at Fashion Fair last night and we couldn't find any cute tennis shoes (at least none under $60 for my 8 year old!) and I told her I may try to take her to the outlets this weekend! I haven't been to the new Coach outlet in Tulare yet, so you just might see us.

Not making it to Tulare today. Costco trip is much more needed.
Now, that's really interesting, we went to Costco on Friday and spent the whole of Saturday in Tulare! Arrived there before it got crowded and shopped until we dropped! Got most of the stuff we wanted but not cheap at all, mind you!

I tried to PM you, but could not...

Today 20 minutes elliptical/ bike combo= 3.25 miles- 64 calories burned.
I really don't think the calorie counter on my elliptical is accurate. I don't enter any info about me- how does it come up with that number

Good for you to learn about it - maybe not over lunch. lol.
I work part time at a fitness center and these classes are offered to us..also I am due..and I too thought it was a funny combination.
