My *plan* is to drink enough fluids to wash yesterday's cinnamon rolls out of my system!

B: getting the lemon water going
L: water, butternut squash soup (70) and vitamins
s: cabbage soup (50)
D: 2 turkey pepperettes (100) and 2 servings yogurt (200) with sf jam (40)

proposed total: 459 cal

Today, I am re-focusing myself. I have to get these out of control UDs under control. I'm starting Callanetics again, and going to try to do it every day for awhile. TOM will be here any day, and with that and new exercise, I may not lose this week, but I want to lay the groundwork for a nice loss toward the end of this week, or early next.

Happy Monday everyone...

Today is my 1st day on JUDDD and I am excited to get this going and the fat be gone....

I am going to try and stick to my 442 cals from the chart and not hit 500

B; water and gluc pills
L; nothing, hoping to fast until dinner but if needed I brought a lc slim fast shake....180 cals...2 carbs
D; thinking can of white tuna and green apple..will come back and post for sure

Never thought I'd say this but, good heavens am I looking forward to this DD!!! After being off rotation since Th, I'm in need of an empty day.

Will be interesting to see what the scale says today. Expecting a bounce but, honestly I don't feel too bad so we'll see.

This is my first DD, so any advice on my menu would be appreciated

B Energy/weightloss drink. 12 calories
L Edamame and maybe a piece of cheese with homemade salsa 240 calories
D Not sure, but something around 250 calories.

ditto ditto on the fluids.
I did not have a good start to my day. I put my 30 day shred into the DVD player, and it got stuck.
I filled up a large glass with ice to bring to work for water, and then the bag of ice fell against the not all the way closed freezer door, and spilled all over the kitchen floor(I was already running late to work). And then I could not find my keys. Eventually I found them in the freezer.
Needless to say, I forgot to bring the large glass of ice with me to work.

any way, yes, I will be drinking lots of water today

Took my 1st gluc this morning and blech it has really upset my belly...even with a ton of water....think I am going to have to take it with food next time

kellysue, I got alot of my dd ideas from the dd recipe thread..it has lots of great ideas

Texas, gosh, I hope your day gets better!

Tea, your plan sounds like what I eat - egg whites, broth and vegetables on dd. KUTGW

I'm trying to stick to my regular dd routine again today. Got a meeting tonight which will mess with my evening routine, I'm such a creature of habit, gonna roll with it though.

I love this I once called in late to work, b/c I couldn't find my keys at all.
They had fallen into my gym bag

When I got to work, the receptionist was playing the voicemail...out loud... for everyone to hear!

Congrats to everyone for planning a good DD today, and to those are just starting, YOU CAN DO IT! just keep busy with other stuff, and drink lots of fluids.

Gotta love Mondays for chaos and a chance to start over from weekend excesses - that would be me, not you! Waaay too many carbs and calories from Friday thru Sunday but starting fresh today with 5:2 and counting both UD and DD.

B - nope
L- egg white salad on a magic pop (100)
S - green pepper slices dipped in 2 T light sour cream with spices (75)
D - maybe an orange pre-workout then an apple with PB2 after ((180)

My plan for today's DD is to just get through it! After being away for a few weeks and not doing rotations, my belly is rebelling. It's noon and all I've had is coffee and lots of water.

When I do eat something today, it will be pure protein. I'm hoping to stick with protein mostly this week and keep the carbs low to jump start the WLM again.

How long does it take to get the SIRT 1 flowing again after being off plan for 3 weeks?

Soren how embarrassing the receptionsist did that!!

ok, I have now had 2 oven baked pieces of thick cut bacon that was from the ag department at our local college. It was soooo good, had it with coffee, yum!

Right now I feel like I want beef! But the only beef I have is in the deep freezer. Maybe I should stick with fish and eggs. Still have not had anything to eat yet.

I waited until 2 p.m. to eat.

Decided my body was seriously calling for beef so I found an 8 ounce top round steak in the freezer, thawed it in the microwave and broiled it in the toaster oven.

Wow, I feel so great right now. Controlled eating. Very satisfying.

380 calories
52 grams lean protein

I'm all about the protein today!

I'm aiming for 500 calories, so I've still got 120 left if I need them.

great day today...easier than I thought...just got home at 7:30 from work, so was too busy to worry about food,,,here was my day

1 tablespoon mayo..........90 cals....0 carbs
5 saltine crackers............60 cals.....12 carbs


Total...233 cals and 12 carbs
