I'm done for the day. 449 cals, only slight changes to what I planned to eat.

Found a low cal low carb recipe for puréed greens, so I could use up my dehydrated kale mistake

Not sure what to plan for tomorrow , but keeping it low carb for a while.

It's 7:20 p.m. and I tell you that beef worked miracles. I have not been hungry, not one tummy growl or squeak since I enjoyed eating it.

DH is on his way home and I'm cooking tilapia for him with rice, green beans and a salad. I made a piece for me, too, just in case. I can always save it if I don't eat it tonight. But, it's only 100 calories and 23 grams of protein. That would be good to eat and then just go to bed full.

Yay Yam, that's great!

Hmmmm, did my 1st PDD @ 296 calories. Didn't even get my usual DD drop 1-2#. (stayed at my UD high) Might not do that again!
