Monday has a way of constantly showing back up, doesn't it???

B - 2 eggs, toast, cheese
S - protein granola bar
L - fajita chicken salad with guac, salsa and a dallop of sour cream
D - zucc/spinach lasagna

Probably a glass of wine too!

Not sure on the calories, but I will figure them and get to my 1900

1 low carb toast w SF jam
3 oz deli ham
1/2 fresh grapefruit

S- handful of toasted almonds

L - Vanilla protein shake w/ tangerine peel (oh yeah baby, gimme that creamsicle milkshake)

D - undecided
