this is what I get when I do that:

5/2 with Juddding - March 10 - 16, who is still with me?

It does work - great!!! Thanks Cindy for the computer lesson!

Hi Meek, good to see you.

Well it does for some certainly. I feel, in my bones, that straight JUDDD has to be a more effective weight loss tool.

There is a lot about it around the net.

I am in love with it for maintenance, I seem to maintain at a slightly lower weight than I did while JUDDDing. Don't ask me.

Hi Meek
If I stick to JUDDD rotations, I lose weight. If I have two or three UDs in succession, I stall.
For me, certainly, 5:2 is only for maintenance.

Start Date: 2/21/12- Low carb (199lbs) 3/28/12 JUDDD (189lbs)
5:2 is a maintenance tool for me. I switched about 3 weeks ago and losses stopped immeadiately. I started my maintenance with 4:3 and still lost ever so slowly. I lost my weight with strict eod rotations. YMMV.

I lost just a tiny bit when I switched from JUDDD to 5:2, but now maintain very well. For me, it's best for maintenance, but YMMV.
