DD Saturday - plans

Sorry, not feeling super creative

Not a bad UD yesterday, food-wise anyway. Today, the wardrobe consultant is coming, woo!
I thought/hoped, I would've been skinnier by now, but, it is what it is.

B: 1 small mug black tea (red velvet)

L: not sure, maybe some carrots

D: 100 cal broccoli
salmon

should be around 450 or so.

will report later.

Hi, Soren! You are doing great girl, keep the faith!

Not sure about today since the fam is all here. So far just coffee w/ a splash of skim milk. Food will depend on what we do today. I know what I need to do, though.

How exciting Soren!
Not sure yet about today. Think the best game plan will be just to hold out until 5 pm, and then see what I want.
But will be doing coffee/tea all day. And water.
Have a good DD everyone!

I went over on yesterday's UD - again! So far it hasn't hurt me too much, but I know I can't keep doing that. Today Mom is starting her first DD, and I'm going to spend the afternoon and evening with her, so I'll be eating a tad bit differently to match her preferences:

B: Coffee/HWC
L: Coffee/HWC
D: Romaine salad with ham, cheddar cheese, sweet peppers and greek feta dressing

Total: 418

Hmmm. All of a sudden, 2 of my 3 kids have sleepovers at friends' houses tonight. The only one left home is the 16 yo who has to study for exams. DH may want to go out for dinner tonight. (It is rare for 2 to be gone the same night) if. This happens, I will have a house salad with light dressing and a few drinks.

That makes me feel better. Totally went over on my UD yesterday. Wondered if I should do a total fast today to recover? All I have had is basically just a drip of half/half in my coffee which may have been 20 cal? label said 40 for 2 Tbsp. Wanted to do a salad for din din, but if it means not having a loss I don't think I'll eat.

I know it's really hard to remember, but it's only one day! So what if you went over yesterday? No worries...just continue on today. If you need to eat your DD cals, please do! Don't be so hard on yourself!!!

Tex, good for you, healthy woman!!!

I am freezing. Seriously, I think my toes may fall off. If only it wasn't snowy and hidiously cold outside. I can't WAIT for warm weather!

You're right. I went ahead and had a salad for dinner. Final cal count = 365. I think I just need to stick with foods I know what the counts are. Look into restaurant nutrition guides before I go out to eat and find things I like that I can get a definite calorie count on. Dont really want to take my measuring cups and spoons to the buffet line, so prob need to steer clear. lol

Breakfast -coffee
Then water, diet coke, sparkling grapefruit water, diet Dr. Pepper and more water!
Snack baby dills and deli chipotle chicken-70, then carrots and celery-20, more baby dills-10
Dinner-1/4 chicken breast and 1/2 red potato baked with olive oil, 2 asparagus, 3 pieces bacon-230
1 almond-10
More coffee.

I baked and made stuff all day long-i made banana bread, cookies, and I made home made salsa, and I started fermenting some cucumbers with garlic and dill for homemade pickles. I also chopped veggies and divided up all our fruit in containers and organized the fridge. Also bought some coconut flour.

Was on plan today. The wardrobe session was good. One tight dress is much better, the other isn't. Yet. Giving more stuff away, and need shoes. Which can wait until dh is gainfully employed of course.
But its like shopping on your closet, and a fresh perspective on some old items.

Food
Nothing but tea till dinner
Then had 8oz salmon, 1 bag broccoli, bit of butter
Some pickled beans 20
So 488 total

Im planning for tomorrow, pizza dough cinnamon rolls.
