DD Friday - plan?

L: Small Wendy's chili with TJ's habanero hot sauce (210)
D: Either Miso (25) or Pho broth only with a little basil and lemon (25)
B sweet n spicy tea. 0 cals
L progresso light soup 140 cals
D tuna salad w hb egg, little avocado 260 cals
B coffee w/ CO and SF vanilla 100 cal
S Vanilla whey 1 scoop with 1 tsp tangerine skin powder 130 cal (post HIIT)
D Potato slices in no salt added chicken broth 220 cal
lots and lots of lemon water
Total 450 cal
I forgot to take my BP med yesterday and was up 4 lbs due to the diuretic component. Drat. Even though I know it's just water weight, it's frustrating! I did pick up a body fat scale at Aldi's yesterday; on sale for 14.99! How do they do it?? I will get it set up later today. Also got a practically unused Urban Rebounder and the unused URX-MT 14 DVD set off of Craigslist yesterday for $50, very close pick up (2 miles). I feel it was meant for me! I am looking forward to getting started doing a bit of rebounding....everything that I have read indicates it's very healthy exercise.
Salad, chicken, few raisins.
My grapefruit on the last dd was great, but next day stomach was sore, so will limit that fruit for awhile.

3 cups of chicken boullion 30 cals
1 v-8 70 cals--this was my lunch
hot tea and plenty of water
So far 180 cals for the day. For dinner it will be either a smart ones or lean cuisine frozen dinner 300 cal or below. If still hungry maybe a small salad or a tangerine. Hopefully, cals will be below 500.
