3/3 up ~~~ 170.0 ---went over cals yesterday. weekends are hard.
3/4 dd ~~~ 169.6--- stayed right on cals.
3/5 ud ~~~ 169.0---- stayed on cal count!
3/6 dd ~~~ 168.8 --- no bounce…yay!
3/7 ud ~~~ 167.6--- wow! Maybe water weight, but I will take it!
3/8 dd ~~~ 167.6 --- no change coming off of a ud. I stay in cal. Amounts.

5 March 146 lbs (new low this time: Potato hack)
6 March 146 lbs (new low has held)
7 March 145 lbs (low is maintaining)
8 March 146 lbs (goodbye low: not surprised and nearly decided not to weigh)

Although it looks like my scale is moving in the wrong direction, I think this is a recurrence of the problem that I had last time with JUDDD, exacerbated by the small volume of food that I'm managing to consume during my Potato Hack. I've eaten less fibre in the last 5 days than I usually eat in a day. So, although I've no idea what impact it might have on the PH, I've taken glucomannan and eaten a block of konjac. So, I'm not too surprised that the scale makes it look as if I've gained weight. Time will tell.

3/8 ~ 216.0 (started out bummed about this week, but then noticed I am still down 2 lbs. since last Friday.)

I will have 3 ud's in a row this weekend, so expect a bounce up on Monday......then maybe I can get moving back down again.
ETA: At least one will be UUAD. Hoping the bounce won't be too bad!!

Also, I have to laugh at the fact that I turned 31 and all of a sudden this week I have been stalling.

I bet the whoosh fairy is a sad woman, probably hangs around nothing but women dieting so there is little to no supply of chocolate around. Maybe if we shoved some in her mouth, she'd be nice to us and bring us some weight loss.
So happy for all of you losing weight right now I love to see news lows even if they aren't mine.

February was awful but I have some new strategies and am determined to get out of the 150's. Goal 149.xx

3/1: DD 157.8
3/2: UD 155.8
3/3: DD 155.8 No bounce. First time I've stuck to my calories in a long time
3/4: UD 155.6 No reward for DD but I was soooo good!
3/5: DD 157.2 Mostly stuck to UD calories again. Will see progress soon maybe Mid month rapidly approaching though.
3/6: UD 155.4 Survived a passable DD with a potluck in the morning, a family trip to arby's, and a friend bringing over gormet cupcakes for us to eat, so all in all a WIN
3/7: DD 157.8 Skipped Breakfast, light lunch, and then dealt badly with some emotional stuff with a friend by falling head first into a huge bag of chocolate trail mix. Trying for a low low DD today
3/8: UD 156.6 Had a pretty non-existant calorie DD except for a few test bites of kid food so hope to see a drop soon.

Some ups and downs but overall, I'm more than 3lbs down in a week, I've broken the multi-week 150lbs (with a 2.5lb bounce) stall. So, although I'm feeling quite washed out on the potato hack, and my exercise intensity is embarrassingly poor, my intention is to stick with the PH until 17 March (OH returns from business trip). The PH seems to be improving little for me with the addition of rice (I'd developed a rash on potatoes only after a few days). I'm planning to make congee today as it's an UD.

I wish a good weekend to everyone
