![]() Is it going to be obnoxious if (assuming they keep happening) continue to say "new low" or whatever? I know other people are stuck, and I generally feel I'm a slow loser too, so on one hand I'm super happy ...BTW-- lemon water. Seriously. 2 weeks now. 2 fresh lemons in 2 quarts of water, and then extra water as you drink it to come to 3 quarts (liters) or so per day. I'm doing a bit of liquid splenda in there too, tasted like fresh lemonade.

Goal for March 185! 02-28 UD 193.5 03-01 DD 192 03-02 UD 191.5 03-03 DD dnw (forgot Mom doesn't have a scale) 03-04 UD 190.5 (started using the elliptical! 30 mins walking/10 mins ellip) 03-05 DD 191.5 (30 walking) 03-06 UD 191 (30 walking, 10 elliptical) 03-07 DD 193.5 (30 walking)I haven't seen Bernice since Sunday. I don't know what is going on with this. Plus I guess adding in the elliptical could have me retaining water? Hope it passes I'm gonna keep on my walking and elliptical. I'm not eating the calories back which of course puts me under my JUDDD # calorie wise...anyone else have experience with this? Adjustments?

3/2 - UD - 220.2 3/3 - DD - 220.2 - weights and 1/2 hr treadmill 3/4 - UD - 219.9 3/5 - DD - 220.5 - glow aerobics - Noticing much smaller bounces since doing the moderate carbs. 3/6 - UD - 219.9 - doing better than I ever have with calories and exercise and the sale is not doing much. 3/7 - DD - 220.5 - happy with this small bounce because I did have a bit more carbs yesterday. (p.s. The lower carbs/exercise is making a difference in my fasting blood sugar readings! Hi Soren! I'm kind of stuck but so happy for you! I smiled when I saw your new low. Keep inspiring us all.

3/1 ~ DNW ~ Power house workout cancelled due to son being sick 3/2 ~ DNW ~ Hubby's birthday and I was a very naughty girl, but what else is new?! 3/3 ~ DNW 3/4 ~ DNW ~ DD ~ Total Body workout 3/5 ~ 192.2 ~ UD ~ Went to a mother/son bowling event and unfortunately got into the cookies... 3/6 ~ 194.2 ~ DD ~ Cookies biting me in the butt... Total Body workout plus 1 mile jog on treadmill.... great dd! 3/7 ~ 192.2 ~ UD ~ Man, I was hoping that would be down a little more than that! Cardio boot camp scheduled... I so wish I'd quit sabotaging myself everytime I get myself down into the 180's! Not sure what my goal will be this month... Let's see how long it takes me to get back to 187?!

Thank you ladies for commenting on my scale number today, I seriously was having anxiety before I stepped on, I just knew I was going to be back to 166 or more. But I still think that metal monster gives me way to much anxiety. Starting to think I may SToP weighing daily until I get to maintenance. Haven't decided yet.
