Is it going to be obnoxious if (assuming they keep happening) continue to say "new low" or whatever?
I know other people are stuck, and I generally feel I'm a slow loser too, so on one hand I'm super happy and on the other I don't want to offend anyone ...

BTW-- lemon water. Seriously. 2 weeks now. 2 fresh lemons in 2 quarts of water, and then extra water as you drink it to come to 3 quarts (liters) or so per day. I'm doing a bit of liquid splenda in there too, tasted like fresh lemonade.

I haven't seen Bernice since Sunday. I don't know what is going on with this. Plus I guess adding in the elliptical could have me retaining water? Hope it passes I'm gonna keep on my walking and elliptical. I'm not eating the calories back which of course puts me under my JUDDD # calorie wise...anyone else have experience with this? Adjustments?

No offence here. it is really inspirational to see new lows. honestly, everyone here keeps me going. then seeing some movement in others weight loss keeps me saying to myself...I can do that too! Be happy! I would be!

3/7 ~ 192.2 ~ UD ~ Man, I was hoping that would be down a little more than that! Cardio boot camp scheduled...

I so wish I'd quit sabotaging myself everytime I get myself down into the 180's! Not sure what my goal will be this month... Let's see how long it takes me to get back to 187?!

Thank you ladies for commenting on my scale number today, I seriously was having anxiety before I stepped on, I just knew I was going to be back to 166 or more. But I still think that metal monster gives me way to much anxiety. Starting to think I may SToP weighing daily until I get to maintenance. Haven't decided yet.

3/1 ~ DNW ~ Power house workout cancelled due to son being sick
3/2 ~ DNW ~ Hubby's birthday and I was a very naughty girl, but what else is new?!

3/5 ~ 192.2 ~ UD ~ Went to a mother/son bowling event and unfortunately got into the cookies...
3/6 ~ 194.2 ~ DD ~ Cookies biting me in the butt... Total Body workout plus 1 mile jog on treadmill.... great dd!
3/7 ~ 192.2 ~ UD ~ Man, I was hoping that would be down a little more than that! Cardio boot camp workout
3/8 ~ 195.2 ~ DD ~ What a hateful weigh in the am! Hoping that's due to sore muscles and a late high sodium dinner....

I so wish I'd quit sabotaging myself everytime I get myself down into the 180's! Not sure what my goal will be this month... Let's see how long it takes me to get back to 187?!
