I'm very pleased that this has held, this time last week I'd be bouncing above 150 lbs again It's probably not a problem for the next few days but as I'd like to try the PH for 10-14 days, I need to find a way to eat more calories on the UD. I know rice doesn't have much protein but I think I could eat more if I had 2x potato meals and 1x rice meal.

Yay Sorren! New lows all round for several of you guys Flutter looks like you are just about waiving the 160's goodbye for good.

Dawn, I'm pretty sure you're supposed to be in maintenance. Have you told your body yet

February was awful but I have some new strategies and am determined to get out of the 150's. Goal 149.xx

3/1: DD 157.8
3/2: UD 155.8
3/3: DD 155.8 No bounce. First time I've stuck to my calories in a long time
3/4: UD 155.6 No reward for DD but I was soooo good!
3/5: DD 157.2 Mostly stuck to UD calories again. Will see progress soon maybe Mid month rapidly approaching though.
3/6: UD 155.4 Survived a passable DD with a potluck in the morning, a family trip to arby's, and a friend bringing over gormet cupcakes for us to eat, so all in all a WIN

Thanks Soren and Flutter - yes I am trying 5:2 hoping that getting UDs under control will send the scale into motion. Doesn't seem to be working yet but it is early days and I was seriously hoping for a miracle!! It is not a miracle for me, at least not yet but I haven't given it a fair try yet. I keep losing months of time though not losing so every tweak or experiment slips me closer to summer when I was hoping to be much, much smaller. March 26th is my one year JUDDD anniversary. So far I have lost 37 pounds in 11.5 months. I am glad I have lost but man, oh man is this slow and frustrating. 3 pounds a month on average does not provide a lot of motivation.

Please. I came back here last March and here a year later, despite the surgery and subsequent gain, I haven't lost anything but 1 lb. as of today. THAT is something to not provide a lot of motivation. You have done fabulous.

I ended February @ 170.8 (I think), after doing a 3 day PH. Then I went to Portland, and really didn't measure or weigh (food and myself)
Starting with a DD today, and maybe if I go through 2 full weeks of rotations I will try the PH again. It was easy, and filling...and, I saw weight loss....I just hope it stays next time (if I end it with starting good rotations )

Hey Vanilla - I know you have struggled. I wish I could kidnap the whoosh fairy for both of us -- really for all the JBs. It's so friggin hard sometimes to maintain motivation and a good attitude without the results. I greatly admire your fortitude because right now I want to find that whoosh fairy and choke her -- with chocolate.

3/1 ~ DNW ~ Power house workout cancelled due to son being sick
3/2 ~ DNW ~ Hubby's birthday and I was a very naughty girl, but what else is new?!
3/3 ~ DNW
3/4 ~ DNW ~ DD ~ Total Body workout
3/5 ~ 192.2 ~ UD ~ Went to a mother/son bowling event and unfortunately got into the cookies...
3/6 ~ 194.2 ~ DD ~ Cookies biting me in the butt... Total Body workout plus 1 mile jog on treadmill.... great dd!

I so wish I'd quit sabotaging myself everytime I get myself down into the 180's! Not sure what my goal will be this month...
