3/4 dd ~~~ 169.6--- stayed right on cals.
3/5 ud ~~~ 169.0---- stayed on cal count!

February was awful but I have some new strategies and am determined to get out of the 150's. Goal 149.xx

3/1: DD 157.8
3/2: UD 155.8
3/3: DD 155.8 No bounce. First time I've stuck to my calories in a long time
3/4: UD 155.6 No reward for DD but I was soooo good!
3/5: DD 157.2 Mostly stuck to UD calories again. Will see progress soon maybe Mid month rapidly approaching though.

Thanks Marika! My records indicate I've not been this exact number since 2007. I was at 238 last October, before my birthday trip/holidays.

Pretty much anything from this point downward is totally new territory for me, in a long long time! <<excited>> <<scared too>>

I am hoping this caloric increase on UD continues to work! Initially, I was too scared in case I stop losing as in Dec and Jan I did not see good losses! Thank you JBs

Awesome new low and good for you adding in UD cals! I may do the same. I reduced my UD cals awhile ago and seem to have slowed down. I have been considering going back up. I added my cals for Feb up and came in at 950 daily. Yikes! I will be watching you and cheering you on!

2/5 - DD - 220.5 - Noticing much smaller bounces since doing the moderate carbs. (They used to be 2-3 pounds). It's also taking me back to the early days when it's actually hard to eat all my up day cals!

Looking forward to tomorrow's DD but I'll have to brave the scales first!
