I've been looking for this since the end of Nov. 132.6# Funny u guys. I did the same thing as u this morning. Which I've never done before. I wt once and run from the closet usually...But my first reading today said 132.8 I excepted not to see 134 again. Was pleased, but for weird reason, thinking can that be true?? I hope back on scale, it read, 132.6# I ran out of the closet with happiness that I found JUDDD and u guys. SMILE! |

3/1- UD-161.8 3/2- DD-163.0 3/3- UD-163.8. Not too sure what's going on here? 3/4- DD-DNW(I can't handle the truth )Since my weight has been inching up, and I didn't have a particularly good UD yesterday, I don't wanna weigh today. :/ Don't want to be frustrated. |

April loss: 7 pounds
May loss: 4 pounds June loss: 5 pounds July gain: 1 pound August loss: 4 pounds Sept loss: 10 pounds Oct loss: nada Nov loss: nope Dec loss: 4 pounds Jan loss: 3 pounds Feb loss: sadly, no Total loss to date: 37 pounds March goal: 2 goals actually - hit 174 (no longer obese!) and then the 160's!!! Ended Jan AND Feb at 178. 3.1 UD 178 3.2 UD 178 3.3 UD 179.6, 3 mile walk w weights 3.4 DD 180.6 I had a zillion carbs in the last couple of days, ate salty and late last night and restarted exercising yesterday so this bloat doesn't feel real to me. I hope not! Doing a good, planned DD today and drinking lots of tea and water. |

5 March 146 lbs (new low this time: Potato hack) This is the first time I've stayed below 150lbs for 2 weigh-ins since late January. It will be interesting to see if there's a bounce after today's Up Day (potato and condiments only). I'd like to think I've broken my stall but: i) it's way too soon to try and discern a pattern ii) an excellent first week loss last time I started was followed by a demotivating stall.
