Funny u guys.
I did the same thing as u this morning. Which I've never done before.
I wt once and run from the closet usually...But my first reading today said 132.8 I excepted not to see 134 again. Was pleased, but for weird reason, thinking can that be true?? I hope back on scale, it read, 132.6# I ran out of the closet with happiness that I found JUDDD and u guys. SMILE!

3/3- UD-163.8. Not too sure what's going on here?
3/4- DD-DNW(I can't handle the truth )

Since my weight has been inching up, and I didn't have a particularly good UD yesterday, I don't wanna weigh today. :/ Don't want to be frustrated.

Jan loss: 3 pounds
Feb loss: sadly, no

Total loss to date: 37 pounds

March goal: 2 goals actually - hit 174 (no longer obese!) and then the 160's!!!

I had a zillion carbs in the last couple of days, ate salty and late last night and restarted exercising yesterday so this bloat doesn't feel real to me. I hope not! Doing a good, planned DD today and drinking lots of tea and water.

I had one of these days recently. Don't worry, 2 good DD will straighten it up

Texas, don't worry. It could be so many things (water retention, TMI, hormonal), it will be all fine!

This is the first time I've stayed below 150lbs for 2 weigh-ins since late January. It will be interesting to see if there's a bounce after today's Up Day (potato and condiments only). I'd like to think I've broken my stall but: i) it's way too soon to try and discern a pattern ii) an excellent first week loss last time I started was followed by a demotivating stall.
