I hope you guys don't mind but I'm going to continue to post here just for fun and to cheer you ladies on And I get to see lots and lots of new lows!!!

Look at you guys! I ungracefully bow out and you drop weight like crazy. Flutter 3 lbs!!!! What a great way to start a vacation.

March goal: keep up with moderate carbs and regular exercise; goal weight 213.7 (-6 from end of Feb. weight of 219.7). Added goal 3/11: weight training 2 DDs a week, some cardio on most UDs, eat all UD calories when exercising. 2036/407

3/1 - DD - 221.3 - hip hop aerobics
3/2 - UD - 220.2
3/3 - DD - 220.2 - weights and 1/2 hr treadmill
3/4 - UD - 219.9
3/5 - DD - 220.5 - glow aerobics - Noticing much smaller bounces since doing the moderate carbs.
3/6 - UD - 219.9 - doing better than I ever have with calories and exercise and the sale is not doing much.
3/7 - DD - 220.5
3/8 - UD - 220.5 - getting annoyed/discouraged, even though I know better. did not count cals.
3/9 - DD - 222.1
3/10 - UD - 220.2
3/11 - DD - 222.1 - More carbs again yesterday. New plan today to hopefully break stall thanks to JB's good advice.
3/12 - UD - 219.1 - at last, a tiny movement downward. It may be only .6 in two weeks, but it's SOMETHING. Glow aerobics.
3/13 - DD - 219.8 - weight training
3/14 - UD - 218.9 - inching downward and thrilled to see any downward movement (especially with new addition of weight training yesterday).
3/15 - UD - 220.5 - Needed Friday to be an up day, so doing two UDs a row. 1 hr walking.
3/16 - DD - 222.5 - Quite a bounce from two UDs in a row. It's OK though.
3/17 - UD - 219.9 - Happy St. Patty's day! 1 hour 20 min nature walk (with short stops)
3/18 - DD - 218.9 - always nice to go down after UD. I think the bounce from the two UDs in a row is coming off.
3/19 - UD - 218.3 - down a bit more ... hoping to keep going on a mostly downward trend for the rest of the month.
3/20 - DD - 221.4 - There's a bounce, and there's a BOUNCE. This is my "I wasn't moderate carb on my up day" bounce.
3/21 - UD - 220.0 - pretty sure this is water retention
3/22 - DD - 219.3
3/23 - UD - 217.9

Currently day 28 of the potato hack, my final UD on it and I'm looking forward to my transition (starts on Sunday) although I now seem to be developing a cold (inconvenient more than anything else as I don't often catch a virus).

I'm now within 0.6lb of my bogeyman 140lbs so the next couple of weeks may be interesting.

Nice drop is putting it mildly In 4 days you've dropped roughly the same amount that I've been rather excited to lose in the whole of March

Thanks Slow, men lose it easier generally, I expect to be at target (200) within two weeks, even with a planned binge tomorrow. But I am using a scatter gun approach using all the following;

Juddd
Warrior diet style only eating one meal
No complex carbs, only veg
Cinnamon
Cortisol control methods
Dandelion and burdock soda

I'm doing all this concurrently
