JD and Marika, how would I ever survive without your kind words of encouragement?
I would love to respond to everybody with my own little comments but I'm still pretty crummy at the multi quote thing. I do carefully look at everyone's daily numbers and it does get me pumped up for the day! When I see the big bounces it makes me less stressed about my own bounce. When I see the big drops, it gives me hope! Keep it up everyone!!!

Hi - I am a newbie and decided to jump in and post my numbers because I am a little discouraged today because I’ve gained after my last two DD’s. Maybe seeing it in print will give me some insight. FYI - I only weigh after a DD because I’m not sure my heart can take weighing after an UD. I posted this on the March Newbies thread but if you don’t mind I’d like to post it here too:

3/12 164.7 Start Day after eating everything in sight for the past week.
3/13 DD 162.3
3/15 DD 160.9
3/17 DD 160.3
3/19 DD 160.3 TOM
3/21 DD 159.2 Excited lowest since January
3/23 DD 159.6 Ok I’ll take this increase
3/25 DD 160.2 No, I do not like this increase.

Not sure what I am doing wrong. As of last Thurs. I had lost 5.5lbs. but my last two weighs ins I've gained .5 each. after fasting DD’s. I am eating up to my calories on my UD and on the last three DD I have fasted except for one cup of coffee with HWC for a total of 65 cals., drinking tons of water. Maybe I should eat some on my DD's? I had eaten on my DD's the first week to about 300 cals. and I did lose but I also lost after one DD fast.

I wouldn't change anything. Weight loss is not linear and you can't expect it to make sense. Do what you've been doing, have faith, and it'll work.

Flutter, Debora and I seem to be in the same boat! What you call stall, we call it "hold"! So hang in there and continue with your exercise! Your over all loss of 3.5 lbs so far is still very good That's a 1 lb/week!

3/3 up ~~~ 170.0 ---went over cals yesterday. weekends are hard.
3/4 dd ~~~ 169.6--- stayed right on cals.
3/5 ud ~~~ 169.0---- stayed on cal count!
3/6 dd ~~~ 168.8 --- no bounce…yay!
3/7 ud ~~~ 167.6--- wow! Maybe water weight, but I will take it!
3/8 dd ~~~ 167.6 --- no change coming off of a ud. I stay in cal. Amounts.
3/9 up ~~~ 166.0 --- So happy with this weigh. Been really Diligent on cal. count!

03/04 - UD - 161.0 - 1905 (-439 Zumba) Net 1466 Decided to change to 2000/500 for a couple of weeks and see what happens.
03/05 - DD - 162.6 - 235 Endo appointment today. Everything looks good!

Goal for March 211.0 - 8 pounds.

3/1 - 219.0 - UD (2592) Again with the high UD (sigh)
3/2 - 220.5 - DD (409)
3/3 - DNW - UD (2687) Yes I did it again! Enough of that already!
3/4 - 221.0 - DD (413) Extra calories & looming TOM.
3/5 - 221.0 - UD (2074) Staying under 2100 today, no matter what!
3/6 - 223.0 - DD (414) TOM - bleh
3/7 - 221.5 - UD (2047) TOM - not as bleh
3/8 - 223.5 - DD (420) TOM
3/9 - 222.0 - UD (2129) So I think now I'm left with weight from adding in exercise. I'm okay with that.
