3/7 ~ 192.2 ~ UD ~ Man, I was hoping that would be down a little more than that! Cardio boot camp workout

I am in maintenance but trying to get low enough that I don't have to worry.
AND my son is 23 with no offspring so I am not a grandma. Obviously had the kid late in life.

And I like low calorie DD's for some reason. Habit maybe??? After over a year they are second nature. I love JUDDD.

Soren - I gave up the 5:2 thing when I got back a pound over my beginning weight on the 11th. I tried doing the schedule that worked for me when I first discovered JUDDD (2007), just switching Saturday and Sunday this time. Way before I ever joined here, I did a M/W/F-DD, Sat-UD, Sun-MD. I lost almost 15 lbs. (not doing low carb) before a vacation came up. I'm sticking to my numbers and have been drinking the ACV/lemon water drink and water. The only thing I've noticed is that a couple of Friday DD's turned into more of a higher end DD and I lost. So keeping my DD low may not work for me. I'm stumped and thoroughly frustrated. I was doing lower carbs last year, but I honestly don't think my body cares. Thank you for the input, it's much appreciated.

Oh please, don't cry, I am sure it's water! I wonder if I'm going through something similar! I have decreased my DD calories too. If I don't see a change within the next couple of days, I'm going to go back to my 500-600 on DD!

March goal: keep up with moderate carbs and regular exercise; goal weight 213.7 (-6 from end of Feb. weight of 219.7). Added goal 3/11: weight training 2 DDs a week, some cardio on most UDs, eat all UD calories when exercising. 2036/407

3/1 - DD - 221.3 - hip hop aerobics
3/2 - UD - 220.2
3/3 - DD - 220.2 - weights and 1/2 hr treadmill
3/4 - UD - 219.9
3/5 - DD - 220.5 - glow aerobics - Noticing much smaller bounces since doing the moderate carbs.
3/6 - UD - 219.9 - doing better than I ever have with calories and exercise and the sale is not doing much.
3/7 - DD - 220.5
3/8 - UD - 220.5 - getting annoyed/discouraged, even though I know better. did not count cals.
3/9 - DD - 222.1

3/11 - DD - 222.1 - More carbs again yesterday. New plan today to hopefully break stall thanks to JB's good advice.

3/14 - UD - 218.9 - inching downward and thrilled to see any downward movement (especially with new addition of weight training yesterday).
3/15 - UD - 220.5 - Needed Friday to be an up day, so doing two UDs a row. 1 hr walking.
3/16 - DD - 222.5 - Quite a bounce from two UDs in a row. It's OK though.
3/17 - UD - 219.9 - Happy St. Patty's day! 1 hour 20 min nature walk (with short stops)
3/18 - DD - 218.9 - always nice to go down after UD. I think the bounce from the two UDs in a row is coming off.
3/19 - UD - 218.3 - down a bit more ... hoping to keep going on a mostly downward trend for the rest of the month.
3/20 - DD - 221.4 - There's a bounce, and there's a BOUNCE. This is my "I wasn't moderate carb on my up day" bounce.

Dieting is HARD, I tell ya, it's HARD. I had visions of getting down to 182 this week. I am determined, it seems, to lose no more than 2 lbs a month because of UD sabatoge. It's like I think it's a visit to Disney Land every other day and the sky's the limit!

ended February @ 170.8 (I think), after doing a 3 day PH. Then I went to Portland, and really didn't measure or weigh (food and myself)
Starting with a DD today, and maybe if I go through 2 full weeks of rotations I will try the PH again. It was easy, and filling...and, I saw weight loss....I just hope it stays next time (if I end it with starting good rotations )

3/7 UD 170.2 sick with a cold, but will eat my UD #'s

I have given up any specific number goals and even given up on what I want to look like for my upcoming get together with friends. (I didn't want to be the fat friend, you know) My goal is just to follow the plan and trust that things will eventually rest where they should be. It will happen for you girl! You will get where you want to be!!!

Nilla and Cindy, it's impossible to put on 3lbs of fat overnight. You'd have to have eaten at least 10,500 extra calories!

So, it's obviously water.

Nilla, maybe you should hide your scales for a couple of weeks. You're sticking to rotations and your numbers so you're bound to see results soon – as your flatter belly is already proving.
