It is traditional Medicinals "organic weightless" .... I always bloat like craxy during Tom but I feel much better today, I also drink tons of fresh lemon water :-)

Nilla-- are you doing the 5/2 thing? I was seeing d/u u /d for a bit there, then some MD, and now d/u/d/u... I'm assuming you're sticking to your numbers so I"m going to only suggest to 1) drink more water than caffeinated beverages and 2) stick to u/d and no more md or u/u/d/u/u/d...
3) I *think* you are gaining on each UD, and then losing on your DD, but gaining again with the UD and MD.
are you doing carbs? is there anything you can trim out without feeling too deprived, or just as a test, that might help?

Nothing completely obliterates my appetite but this comes close. I am staying with my JUDD numbers, it is hard to eat enough potatoes to get my UD numbers so before I go to bed I may eat a spoonful or 2 of almond butter. Some times I fall a bit short. I make sure to maintain my 4 hour window. I'm going to keep this up as long as I can. I don't think I will make it 19 days stright, you are awsome!

ended February @ 170.8 (I think), after doing a 3 day PH. Then I went to Portland, and really didn't measure or weigh (food and myself)
Starting with a DD today, and maybe if I go through 2 full weeks of rotations I will try the PH again. It was easy, and filling...and, I saw weight loss....I just hope it stays next time (if I end it with starting good rotations )

I'm within touching distance of my bogeyman figure of 140lbs I'm now beginning to consider ways to transition away from the full potato hack. I don't know if I'll maintain a modified form like Adi (who eats potatoes on DDs although she's in maintenance whereas I'm still in weight loss mode) or if I should attempt a leptin reset (interesting to read about, but like the PH, I'm not sure that the underlying science is well-established).

Good grief - I doubt I could manage this *and* something like a 4hr window. You're very organised.

For my part, it was a very strong desire not to let the 5 week+ 150lb plateau become yet another lengthy stall. I was fortunate that DH was away on a 2 week business trip so I wasn't having to serve him different food while I was adjusting to the PH. I'd originally planned just to do the PH for up to 14 days, depending on the progress. I've decided to continue it until I'm past my bogeyman figure of 140lbs (but I hope that occurs before my birthday in mid-April as I would like to have a special meal then).

ended February @ 170.8 (I think), after doing a 3 day PH. Then I went to Portland, and really didn't measure or weigh (food and myself)
Starting with a DD today, and maybe if I go through 2 full weeks of rotations I will try the PH again. It was easy, and filling...and, I saw weight loss....I just hope it stays next time (if I end it with starting good rotations )

3/7 UD 170.2 sick with a cold, but will eat my UD #'s

SlowSure, I wait 4 hours after eating my last potato meal before consuming anything else like almond butter so it doesn't interact with the potatoes. That is how I can manage to keep my calories on target on an UD. I don't think I could ever limit myself to just a 4 hour eating window. That would take a lot of will power!
