OMG! I simply love these GIFs, where ever did you get these from? And yes, I had a lovely dinner and really enjoyed the cocktails but the desserts were to die for!

10 March 144.4lbs (new but artificial low because I was ill during the night)
11 March 144.6lbs (surprised but sodium & water levels will take a while to normalise)
12 March 145lbs (amazed it's not more, I've been drinking water in litres)
13 March 144.2lbs (new low and it follows an UD)
14 March 143.8lbs (new low: day 12 of PH)
15 March 142.8lbs (new low; unwell yesterday/UD; day 13 of PH
16 March 144.2lbs (bounce-probably sodium & water levels stabilising)

17 March 144.4lbs (up bounce holding; completed 14day PH)
18 March 143.8lbs (down a little; yesterday was 15 day PH)
19 March 143.6lbs? (horrible DD; was day 16 PH
20 March 142.4lbs (new low: was day 17 PH)

Scales continue to be weird so I had several readings in the 141s and the remainder at 142.2lbs so opted for approx 142lbs as my reading.

I'm very pleased that there was a drop as I had another relatively high calorie DD (approx. 550kcals) following another domestic drama (fire in the microwave, I'll whinge elsewhere).

3/6 dd ~~~ 168.8 --- no bounce…yay!
3/7 ud ~~~ 167.6--- wow! Maybe water weight, but I will take it!

Just crept under 224lbs, so another goal achieved YaY. Hopefully I can get under 220 by the end of the month. but that might just be some wishful thinking.

Day 12 UD (is today): 137.0 ...I saw 136.8 once but 137.0 four times

Long may it continue for you. (I've no idea at all why it works for some of us.)

Do you find that potatoes completely obliterate your appetite?

Are you eating to satiety or trying to keep within your JUDDD numbers? (I don't think that I've ever managed to eat all of my UD calories and I'm now on day 19 or thereabouts of the potato hack.)

Weighed in today slightly higher then last DD. Was 152.6 and now 152.7 After yesterday's DD. I think TOM will be here soon so I tend to gain when it gets close. So "No worries".

Hey hottie, I think your losing at a good pace but if you want to turbo charge it you may want to try the potato thing. So far I have been pretty impressed. Didn't you lose something like 10 pounds last month? That is a huge loss!

I am trying not to be bummed about being back where I was 20 days ago (like, exactly) and focus on getting back to 236 or lower before the end of the month. If I can lose for 3 weeks and play makeup for 1, then I have a hope for the upcoming months, where I travel at least 1x if not more per month.

TJ-- yes, carbs and a cold will cause your body to store water, for sure. Drink that bloat away! I say do lemon juice (fresh) and a bit of sweetener if you want-- awesome diuretic, lots of C and other good stuff
