2/26 UD 141.2 2/27 DD DNW - at Houston Livestock Show 2/28 UD DNW - at Houston Livestock Show 3/01 DD 140.4 3/02 UD 138.4 3/03 DD 141.4 This is great after a cookie, brownie, ice cream UUAD 3/04 UD 141.6 There is my UUAD effect from Saturday 3/05 DD 142.8 Still paying for my cookies on Saturday 3/06 UD 140.0 Love Potato DD's 3/07 DD 140.2 Potato DD 3/08 UD 139.4 3/09 DD 141.2 I had cookies and ice cream yesterday so this was expected 3/10 UD 141.2 Working off my cookies and ice cream. Again. 3/11 DD 139.0 Losing after an UD is nice 3/12 UD 138.0 after a potato DD. Will repeat 3/10 menu since that worked so well 3/13 DD 137.8 3/14 UD 137.6 I seem to be stablizing which is great 3/15 DD 139.8 Still in the 130's so I am really happy. Ate late last night since I had sooo many chores to finish outside so I am surprised it didn't go up more. 3/16 UD 138.6 I think I have pushed the DD calories as high as I can in my potato experiment so I will try to get them back to around 800 starting tomorrow. 5 March 146 lbs (new low this time: Potato hack) 6 March 146 lbs (new low has held) 7 March 145 lbs (low is maintaining) 8 March 146 lbs (goodbye low) 9 March 145.4lbs (welcome but still gut issues) 10 March 144.4lbs (new but artificial low because I was ill during the night) 11 March 144.6lbs (surprised but sodium & water levels will take a while to normalise) 12 March 145lbs (amazed it's not more, I've been drinking water in litres) 13 March 144.2lbs (new low and it follows an UD) 14 March 143.8lbs (new low: day 12 of PH) 15 March 142.8lbs (new low; unwell yesterday/UD; day 13 of PH 16 March 144.2lbs (bounce-probably sodium & water levels stabilising) 17 March 144.4lbs (up bounce holding; completed 14day PH) 18 March 143.8lbs (down a little; yesterday was 15 day PH) 19 March 143.6lbs? (horrible DD; was day 16 PH 20 March 142.4lbs (new low: was day 17 PH) Scales are being weird again, so this is a mean of the multiple readings between 142 and 142.8lbs. So, I think I'm at a new low Whatever the reality of my actual morning weight, I no longer weigh 145lbs even before I go to bed - and 145lbs being the top of my bounce was my initial target for March. Congratulations to everyone who is seeing the losses or maintenance that they desire. Applause for the 'stickatitiveness' of everyone else who is seeing disappointing or stalled numbers but is grinding it out. |

Kim and FarmGal-- you can't take a bounce after an UD so seriously! Really, according to the book (!) we should only be weighing 1x a week or so, and only after a DD. Anything else is setting ourselves up, ya know?
so if we're going to weigh daily, we have to remember what Carly said, and not let the bounce rock your world!!!!I look at it like this-- I *expect* to see a bounce up after an UD. If its not there, I'm happy, and if it is there, I expected it, I have a good DD with lots of fluids, and I just keep going. ![]() S. p.s. Sher, we cross posted but I move my scale around and get different numbers all the time... ![]() February was awful but I have some new strategies and am determined to get out of the 150's. Goal 149.xx 3/1: DD 157.8 3/2: UD 155.8 3/3: DD 155.8 No bounce. First time I've stuck to my calories in a long time 3/4: UD 155.6 No reward for DD but I was soooo good! 3/5: DD 157.2 Mostly stuck to UD calories again. Will see progress soon maybe Mid month rapidly approaching though. 3/6: UD 155.4 Survived a passable DD with a potluck in the morning, a family trip to arby's, and a friend bringing over gormet cupcakes for us to eat, so all in all a WIN 3/7: DD 157.8 Skipped Breakfast, light lunch, and then dealt badly with some emotional stuff with a friend by falling head first into a huge bag of chocolate trail mix. Trying for a low low DD today 3/8: UD 156.6 Had a pretty non-existent calorie DD except for a few test bites of kid food so hope to see a drop soon. 3/9: DD 157.0 Come on!!!! 3/10: UD 153.8 New LOW!! 3/11: DD 155.8 Back to weight at beginning of month lets hope it sticks 3/12: UD 152.2 I'm a potato believer!! 500 calorie DD and 3 lb loss 3/13: DD 154.2 3/14: UD 157.0 Totally screwed up DD and just turned it into another UD Was watching 6 very young kids by myself all day (only 3 were mine!) and the stress killed me. Doing a PD today. 3/15: DD DNW Don't want to talk about it One of the 6 kids gave my kids the stomach bug also no more Potato UD's... leads to bad things for me. Onward and Downward. 3/16: UD 154.2 Getting back to normal. Just a little hiccup 3/17: DD 155.0 PDD Setting myself up for a good number tomorrow if I can stay on target. 3/18: UD 153.8 Almost back to new low! 3/19: DD 155.4 3/20: UD 155.4 TOM and starving so hopefully not too much damage. Headed out of town for spring break and won't be back for a week.

Febuary loss(started the 19 th) -7 lb March goal 163. And workout more!
3/1- UD 173 3/2- DD 173.6 3/3- UD 172.8 3/4- DD 172.6 3/5- UD 173.2 3/6- DD 172.4 need to start working on theworking out part of my goal..haha!! 3/7- UD 171.6 3/8- DD 170.0 SOOOO not expecting that after all the crap I ate!! But exciting to see my first 10 pounds down!!! Not so excited to anticipate the bounce im sure is coming 3/9- UD 170.2 3/10-PDD 171.4 I knew that was coming..yesturday was my youngest daughters first birthday party enjoyed myself a little to much.. Trying a PDD today 3/11- UD 169.4 3/12- PDD 168.6 Cautiously optamistic that I am done with the 170s 3/13-UD- DNW (worked 3rd shift and didnt getto sleep all day bacause my baby is sick...cant weigh tillafter sleep...hahahaha!!! 3/14-DD 167.4 3/15-UD 168.2 3/16-DD-167.2 3/17-UD-167.6-TOM...IREEEALLLY feel that after you have a procedure done to not have any more children, having this monthly friend is just a cruel, unnecessary punishment!!! .... 3/18-PDD-168.4-TOM..really bloated and only slept an hour after work.. 3/19-UD-166.0-TOM today is one month on JUDDD...down 14 lbs so far!!! 3/20-PDD-167.2-TOM..only took an hr nap this morning after working last night |

3/1 ~ DNW ~ Power house workout cancelled due to son being sick
3/2 ~ DNW ~ Hubby's birthday and I was a very naughty girl, but what else is new?! 3/3 ~ DNW 3/4 ~ DNW ~ DD ~ Total Body workout 3/5 ~ 192.2 ~ UD ~ Went to a mother/son bowling event and unfortunately got into the cookies... 3/6 ~ 194.2 ~ DD ~ Cookies biting me in the butt... Total Body workout plus 1 mile jog on treadmill.... great dd! 3/7 ~ 192.2 ~ UD ~ Man, I was hoping that would be down a little more than that! Cardio boot camp workout 3/8 ~ 195.2 ~ DD ~ What a hateful weigh in the am! Hoping that's due to sore muscles and a late high sodium dinner.... Powerhouse workout 3/9 ~ 192.6 ~ UD ~ Why am I going the wrong way? I should be dropping under 190 by now? I checked to see if I'm in ketosis yet and I had a faint positive. 3/10 ~ 191.6 ~ DD ~ Well, maybe I'm going in the right direction now... Not a good DD, got into some Doritos and sour gummy worms.. Switching to Low carb Fast 5 with an average eating window of 4-9pm! 3/11 ~ 192.2 ~ Total Body workout. 3/12 ~ 191.6 ~ Fitness Boot Camp. 3/13 ~ 191.4 ~ Cardio Party Class. 3/14 ~ 190.4 ~ Cardio Boot Camp. 3/15 ~ 190.2 3/16 ~ 190.2 3/17 ~ 189.2 3/18 ~ 188.4 ~ Step Class. 3/19 ~ 186.6 ~ Fitness Boot Camp. Finally a small new low, I must be dropping some water weight or something. 3/20 ~ 187.4 ~ Cardio Party Class + maybe a Bosu Core Class.

March goal: keep up with moderate carbs and regular exercise; goal weight 213.7 (-6 from end of Feb. weight of 219.7). Added goal 3/11: weight training 2 DDs a week, some cardio on most UDs, eat all UD calories when exercising. 2036/407
3/1 - DD - 221.3 - hip hop aerobics 3/2 - UD - 220.2 3/3 - DD - 220.2 - weights and 1/2 hr treadmill 3/4 - UD - 219.9 3/5 - DD - 220.5 - glow aerobics - Noticing much smaller bounces since doing the moderate carbs. 3/6 - UD - 219.9 - doing better than I ever have with calories and exercise and the sale is not doing much. 3/7 - DD - 220.5 3/8 - UD - 220.5 - getting annoyed/discouraged, even though I know better. did not count cals. 3/9 - DD - 222.1 3/10 - UD - 220.2 3/11 - DD - 222.1 - More carbs again yesterday. New plan today to hopefully break stall thanks to JB's good advice. 3/12 - UD - 219.1 - at last, a tiny movement downward. It may be only .6 in two weeks, but it's SOMETHING. Glow aerobics. 3/13 - DD - 219.8 - weight training 3/14 - UD - 218.9 - inching downward and thrilled to see any downward movement (especially with new addition of weight training yesterday). 3/15 - UD - 220.5 - Needed Friday to be an up day, so doing two UDs a row. 1 hr walking. 3/16 - DD - 222.5 - Quite a bounce from two UDs in a row. It's OK though. 3/17 - UD - 219.9 - Happy St. Patty's day! 1 hour 20 min nature walk (with short stops) 3/18 - DD - 218.9 - always nice to go down after UD. I think the bounce from the two UDs in a row is coming off. 3/19 - UD - 218.3 - down a bit more ... hoping to keep going on a mostly downward trend for the rest of the month. 3/20 - DD - 221.4 - There's a bounce, and there's a BOUNCE. This is my "I wasn't moderate carb on my up day" bounce. ![]()

3/1 ud ~~~ 168.2 3/2 dd ~~~ 169.4--- off of an up day. did over do cals so not so bad! 3/3 up ~~~ 170.0 ---went over cals yesterday. weekends are hard. 3/4 dd ~~~ 169.6--- stayed right on cals. 3/5 ud ~~~ 169.0---- stayed on cal count! 3/6 dd ~~~ 168.8 --- no bounce…yay! 3/7 ud ~~~ 167.6--- wow! Maybe water weight, but I will take it! 3/8 dd ~~~ 167.6 --- no change coming off of a ud. I stay in cal. Amounts. 3/9 up ~~~ 166.0 --- So happy with this weigh. Been really Been really Diligent on cal. count! 3/10 dd ~~~ 166.6 --- Happy with this little bounce. Stayed right on ud cal count. 3/11/ud ~~~ 166.8 --- hopefully this is going up because it is going to have a big down soon! 3/12 dd ~~~ 166.6 ---- only lost 2 ounces but coming off of an ud…way happy w/that! 3/13 ud ~~~ 166.0 ---- Been there done that. Glad to see it is dropping. 3/14 dd ~~~ 166.6 ---- Again! Stuck in this zone for the last 5 days. 3/15 ud ~~~ 165.4----Finally movement! 3/16 dd ~~~ 165.2---- Yessss, no bounce up after a upday! 3/17 up ~~~ dnw ----- didnt weigh- got up and started the day. It's showing a downward trend so slight that it's nothing to get excited over. It's pitiful, actually. Like .02 lbs. a week loss. Pitiful.
