I never believed you guys on this fact but yesterday I went on a bike ride with my son and he knocked me over and my shoe flew off A very attractive jogger was running by and he carried it back to me much to my embarrassment I guess its shoe shopping time for all of us

3/5: DD 157.2 Mostly stuck to UD calories again. Will see progress soon maybe Mid month rapidly approaching though.
3/6: UD 155.4 Survived a passable DD with a potluck in the morning, a family trip to arby's, and a friend bringing over gormet cupcakes for us to eat, so all in all a WIN
3/7: DD 157.8 Skipped Breakfast, light lunch, and then dealt badly with some emotional stuff with a friend by falling head first into a huge bag of chocolate trail mix. Trying for a low low DD today
3/8: UD 156.6 Had a pretty non-existent calorie DD except for a few test bites of kid food so hope to see a drop soon.
3/9: DD 157.0 Come on!!!!
3/10: UD 153.8 New LOW!!
3/11: DD 155.8 Back to weight at beginning of month lets hope it sticks
3/12: UD 152.2 I'm a potato believer!! 500 calorie DD and 3 lb loss
3/13: DD 154.2
3/14: UD 157.0 Totally screwed up DD and just turned it into another UD Was watching 6 very young kids by myself all day (only 3 were mine!) and the stress killed me. Doing a PD today.
3/15: DD DNW Don't want to talk about it One of the 6 kids gave my kids the stomach bug also no more Potato UD's... leads to bad things for me. Onward and Downward.
3/16: UD 154.2 Getting back to normal. Just a little hiccup
3/17: DD 155.0 PDD Setting myself up for a good number tomorrow if I can stay on target.
3/18: UD 153.8 Almost back to new low!

Thanks for that! I'm getting so frustrated. I've lowered my cals a bit and I'm wondering if that's it. But I also have to accept that at almost 100 lost, my body may just need a rest and is regrouping. Nothing I can do about that except carry on.

You guys are doing great! Melanie and Christina, great to see those numbers getting smaller again! Soren, you know it's not all fat. I don't know how you handle your travel schedule so well.

Today isn't shaping up well but I'll whinge about that elsewhere

Congratulations and commiserations as appropriate to all other weigh-ins
ok, I have nooooo idea how you have done 16 days of the PH but you are my hero...I do 1 down day and then think hmmm.. I should try a couple more days but I just dont know, but 16 days..holy moly girl!!!!!!!!

ok ladies, definately time for some shoe shopping!!!!!! I hope I have this problem soon... I could always use a reason for shoe shopping and it would make it even better if I had a reason to justify it to my husband

March goal: keep up with moderate carbs and regular exercise; goal weight 213.7 (-6 from end of Feb. weight of 219.7). Added goal 3/11: weight training 2 DDs a week, some cardio on most UDs, eat all UD calories when exercising. 2036/407

3/1 - DD - 221.3 - hip hop aerobics
3/2 - UD - 220.2
3/3 - DD - 220.2 - weights and 1/2 hr treadmill
3/4 - UD - 219.9
3/5 - DD - 220.5 - glow aerobics - Noticing much smaller bounces since doing the moderate carbs.
3/6 - UD - 219.9 - doing better than I ever have with calories and exercise and the sale is not doing much.
3/7 - DD - 220.5
3/8 - UD - 220.5 - getting annoyed/discouraged, even though I know better. did not count cals.
3/9 - DD - 222.1
3/10 - UD - 220.2
3/11 - DD - 222.1 - More carbs again yesterday. New plan today to hopefully break stall thanks to JB's good advice.
3/12 - UD - 219.1 - at last, a tiny movement downward. It may be only .6 in two weeks, but it's SOMETHING. Glow aerobics.
3/13 - DD - 219.8 - weight training
3/14 - UD - 218.9 - inching downward and thrilled to see any downward movement (especially with new addition of weight training yesterday).
3/15 - UD - 220.5 - Needed Friday to be an up day, so doing two UDs a row. 1 hr walking.
3/16 - DD - 222.5 - Quite a bounce from two UDs in a row. It's OK though.
3/17 - UD - 219.9 - Happy St. Patty's day! 1 hour 20 min nature walk (with short stops)
3/18 - DD - 218.9 - always nice to go down after UD. I think the bounce from the two UDs in a row is coming off.
3/19 - UD - 218.3 - down a bit more ... hoping to keep going on a mostly downward trend for the rest of the month.

Nilla-- you definitely drop after your DDs and there is an overall trend downward. Do you graph these anywhere at all? some of the tracking tools have a graph in them, some of the ticker sites do too, and I have a excel sheet that I set up ages ago for myself... soemtimes, seeing it as a visual helps figure stuff out, ya know?

Melinda-- love your little graphics... do you just put those in as img ?

I finally calibrated all the scales I use to one another, decided on one that's "real" & figured out a formula to keep the others on the same trend. Now I hope to start weighing daily. These #s might be a little screwy because they're kinda mid-transition. But here we go:
