OK, I have been going through horrible hormonal binging for the past 2 days. It think this was worst than ever. I was not even checking my weight nor exercising. This morning my digital scale did not recognize me. You how the scale has you in the memory so that it can calculate you body fat, etc. Mine just showed the weight today and went blank Well, I am sure not all 7 lbs is fat, but I think at least half is. Starting fresh today and really sticking to low carb, that's the only think that keeps my hormonal binging at bay. Sorry for this long winded note, but I had to get this off my chest, or should I say off my belly

Congrats to all of you doing so well.

I don't have time to congratulate everyone but I saw some really great new numbers today Let's have a strong finish to March, W'dya Say


February was awful but I have some new strategies and am determined to get out of the 150's. Goal 149.xx

3/1: DD 157.8
3/2: UD 155.8
3/3: DD 155.8 No bounce. First time I've stuck to my calories in a long time
3/4: UD 155.6 No reward for DD but I was soooo good!
3/5: DD 157.2 Mostly stuck to UD calories again. Will see progress soon maybe Mid month rapidly approaching though.
3/6: UD 155.4 Survived a passable DD with a potluck in the morning, a family trip to arby's, and a friend bringing over gormet cupcakes for us to eat, so all in all a WIN
3/7: DD 157.8 Skipped Breakfast, light lunch, and then dealt badly with some emotional stuff with a friend by falling head first into a huge bag of chocolate trail mix. Trying for a low low DD today
3/8: UD 156.6 Had a pretty non-existant calorie DD except for a few test bites of kid food so hope to see a drop soon.
3/9: DD 157.0 Come on!!!!
3/10: UD 153.8 New LOW!!
3/11: DD 155.8 Back to weight at beginning of month lets hope it sticks
3/12: UD 152.2 I'm a potato believer!! 500 calorie DD and 3 lb loss

3/14: UD 157.0 Totally screwed up DD and just turned it into another UD Was watching 6 very young kids by myself all day (only 3 were mine!) and the stress killed me. Doing a PD today.
3/15: DD DNW Don't want to talk about it One of the 6 kids gave my kids the stomach bug also no more Potato UD's... leads to bad things for me. Onward and Downward.
3/16: UD 154.2 Getting back to normal. Just a little hiccup
3/17: DD 155.0 PDD Setting myself up for a good number tomorrow if I can stay on target.

Thank you No, its not natural, my hair is a dark brown...at least I think..hahaha, Ive been coloring my hair since my early teens, so who knows anymore ?!?!

Today is day 16 of my PH. I'll monitor whether I'm ill again but for now I'd like to continue until I'm south of 140lbs - which is my bogeyman stall figure from the end of 2011.

I do seem to be holding below 145lbs (even with the recent up bounces) so I'm pleased that I seem to have met my goal for March.

It looks as if I've gained a bit since this time last week. However, I always calculate my average weekly weight and that is down 1.4 lbs - which is a good loss for me.
That's why it's pointless to get all worked up when the daily numbers don't say what you'd like to see. Just keep on keeping on and the scale will follow in its own time

Look at everyone today, especially arkie, melanie, and slowsure. Great losses

February was awful but I have some new strategies and am determined to get out of the 150's. Goal 149.xx

3/1: DD 157.8
3/2: UD 155.8
3/3: DD 155.8 No bounce. First time I've stuck to my calories in a long time
3/4: UD 155.6 No reward for DD but I was soooo good!
3/5: DD 157.2 Mostly stuck to UD calories again. Will see progress soon maybe Mid month rapidly approaching though.
3/6: UD 155.4 Survived a passable DD with a potluck in the morning, a family trip to arby's, and a friend bringing over gormet cupcakes for us to eat, so all in all a WIN
3/7: DD 157.8 Skipped Breakfast, light lunch, and then dealt badly with some emotional stuff with a friend by falling head first into a huge bag of chocolate trail mix. Trying for a low low DD today
3/8: UD 156.6 Had a pretty non-existent calorie DD except for a few test bites of kid food so hope to see a drop soon.
3/9: DD 157.0 Come on!!!!
3/10: UD 153.8 New LOW!!
3/11: DD 155.8 Back to weight at beginning of month lets hope it sticks
3/12: UD 152.2 I'm a potato believer!! 500 calorie DD and 3 lb loss
3/13: DD 154.2
3/14: UD 157.0 Totally screwed up DD and just turned it into another UD Was watching 6 very young kids by myself all day (only 3 were mine!) and the stress killed me. Doing a PD today.
3/15: DD DNW Don't want to talk about it One of the 6 kids gave my kids the stomach bug also no more Potato UD's... leads to bad things for me. Onward and Downward.
3/16: UD 154.2 Getting back to normal. Just a little hiccup
3/17: DD 155.0 PDD Setting myself up for a good number tomorrow if I can stay on target.
3/18: UD 153.8 Almost back to new low!
