Hoping for a NEW LOW Monday morning! IF it happens I'll be happily posting! I've been backing and forthing all month with the same 3 pounds and am overdue being 190 or less!!!!! I've religiously stuck to my 380 cal DD two days in a row now and don't plan on veering over. I was doing 400ish and was snacking around a chip here and there adds up on DD.

March goal: keep up with moderate carbs and regular exercise; goal weight 213.7 (-6 from end of Feb. weight of 219.7). Added goal 3/11: weight training 2 DDs a week, some cardio on most UDs, eat all UD calories when exercising.

3/1 - DD - 221.3 - hip hop aerobics
3/2 - UD - 220.2
3/3 - DD - 220.2 - weights and 1/2 hr treadmill
3/4 - UD - 219.9
3/5 - DD - 220.5 - glow aerobics - Noticing much smaller bounces since doing the moderate carbs.
3/6 - UD - 219.9 - doing better than I ever have with calories and exercise and the sale is not doing much.
3/7 - DD - 220.5
3/8 - UD - 220.5 - getting annoyed/discouraged, even though I know better. did not count cals.
3/9 - DD - 222.1
3/10 - UD - 220.2
3/11 - DD - 222.1 - More carbs again yesterday. New plan today to hopefully break stall thanks to JB's good advice.
3/12 - UD - 219.1 - at last, a tiny movement downward. It may be only .6 in two weeks, but it's SOMETHING. Glow aerobics.
3/13 - DD - 219.8 - weight training
3/14 - UD - 218.9 - inching downward and thrilled to see any downward movement (especially with new addition of weight training yesterday).
3/15 - UD - 220.5 - Needed Friday to be an up day, so doing two UDs a row. 1 hr walking.
3/16 - DD - 222.5 - Quite a bounce from two UDs in a row. It's OK though.

7 March 145 lbs (low is maintaining)
8 March 146 lbs (goodbye low)
9 March 145.4lbs (welcome but still gut issues)

10 March 144.4lbs (new but artificial low because I was ill during the night)
11 March 144.6lbs (surprised but sodium & water levels will take a while to normalise)
12 March 145lbs (amazed it's not more, I've been drinking water in litres)
13 March 144.2lbs (new low and it follows an UD)
14 March 143.8lbs (new low: day 12 of PH)
15 March 142.8lbs (new low; unwell yesterday/UD; day 13 of PH
16 March 144.2lbs (bounce-probably sodium & water levels stabilising)
17 March 144.4lbs (up bounce holding; completed 14day PH))

So, a light MD yesterday (approx. 900kcals) and I'm up another 0.2lbs for a total of 1.4lbs from my recent low. I still think it's related to being unwell x2 this week and swinging between dehydration and gulping down water. We'll see over the next few days.

Haven't made up my mind as to whether I can have an UD day and return to the PH or if I should just keep with the PH.

OK, I have been going through horrible hormonal binging for the past 2 days. It think this was worst than ever. I was not even checking my weight nor exercising. This morning my digital scale did not recognize me. You how the scale has you in the memory so that it can calculate you body fat, etc. Mine just showed the weight today and went blank Well, I am sure not all 7 lbs is fat, but I think at least half is. Starting fresh today and really sticking to low carb, that's the only think that keeps my hormonal binging at bay. Sorry for this long winded note, but I had to get this off my chest, or should I say off my belly

Congrats to all of you doing so well.

Hey Melanie - I was just getting ready to post a big CONGRATS! on the new decade. You'll get back to your previous low and below soon with all that working out! I need to get back in exercise mode. I seem to be all in or all off when it comes to working out and have been off (started with an injury in January) for months now but have no more excuses.

Thank you! Hopefully no more popping up into the 190's anymore, been flirting with these same numbers for months, ugh! I do figure though that since I eat the same everyday and I don't have the JUDDD bounce anymore my daily weight is probably about the same as an after MD weight. So getting back into the 186-187's will "technically" be less than it was before. Does that make sense? I like to tell myself this anyway...

I weigh daily but only record it once a week. Today is day 7 of JUDDD and I am down 7.6!!!! I know it will slow from here on out, but if this WOE gets me into the ever elusive 180s, I will be so excited!!!!

March goal: keep up with moderate carbs and regular exercise; goal weight 213.7 (-6 from end of Feb. weight of 219.7). Added goal 3/11: weight training 2 DDs a week, some cardio on most UDs, eat all UD calories when exercising. 2036/407

3/1 - DD - 221.3 - hip hop aerobics
3/2 - UD - 220.2
3/3 - DD - 220.2 - weights and 1/2 hr treadmill
3/4 - UD - 219.9
3/5 - DD - 220.5 - glow aerobics - Noticing much smaller bounces since doing the moderate carbs.
3/6 - UD - 219.9 - doing better than I ever have with calories and exercise and the sale is not doing much.
3/7 - DD - 220.5
3/8 - UD - 220.5 - getting annoyed/discouraged, even though I know better. did not count cals.
3/9 - DD - 222.1
3/10 - UD - 220.2
3/11 - DD - 222.1 - More carbs again yesterday. New plan today to hopefully break stall thanks to JB's good advice.
3/12 - UD - 219.1 - at last, a tiny movement downward. It may be only .6 in two weeks, but it's SOMETHING. Glow aerobics.
3/13 - DD - 219.8 - weight training
3/14 - UD - 218.9 - inching downward and thrilled to see any downward movement (especially with new addition of weight training yesterday).
3/15 - UD - 220.5 - Needed Friday to be an up day, so doing two UDs a row. 1 hr walking.
3/16 - DD - 222.5 - Quite a bounce from two UDs in a row. It's OK though.
3/17 - UD - 219.9 - Happy St. Patty's day!

3/2 dd ~~~ 169.4--- off of an up day. did over do cals so not so bad!
3/3 up ~~~ 170.0 ---went over cals yesterday. weekends are hard.
3/4 dd ~~~ 169.6--- stayed right on cals.
3/5 ud ~~~ 169.0---- stayed on cal count!
3/6 dd ~~~ 168.8 --- no bounce…yay!
3/7 ud ~~~ 167.6--- wow! Maybe water weight, but I will take it!
3/8 dd ~~~ 167.6 --- no change coming off of a ud. I stay in cal. Amounts.
3/9 up ~~~ 166.0 --- So happy with this weigh. Been really Been really Diligent on cal. count!
3/10 dd ~~~ 166.6 --- Happy with this little bounce. Stayed right on ud cal count.
3/11/ud ~~~ 166.8 --- hopefully this is going up because it is going to have a big down soon!
3/12 dd ~~~ 166.6 ---- only lost 2 ounces but coming off of an ud…way happy w/that!
3/13 ud ~~~ 166.0 ---- Been there done that. Glad to see it is dropping.
3/14 dd ~~~ 166.6 ---- Again! Stuck in this zone for the last 5 days.
