Great job JMBM and Deedee, I would have taken the 185

February was awful but I have some new strategies and am determined to get out of the 150's. Goal 149.xx

3/1: DD 157.8
3/2: UD 155.8
3/3: DD 155.8 No bounce. First time I've stuck to my calories in a long time
3/4: UD 155.6 No reward for DD but I was soooo good!
3/5: DD 157.2 Mostly stuck to UD calories again. Will see progress soon maybe Mid month rapidly approaching though.
3/6: UD 155.4 Survived a passable DD with a potluck in the morning, a family trip to arby's, and a friend bringing over gormet cupcakes for us to eat, so all in all a WIN
3/7: DD 157.8 Skipped Breakfast, light lunch, and then dealt badly with some emotional stuff with a friend by falling head first into a huge bag of chocolate trail mix. Trying for a low low DD today
3/8: UD 156.6 Had a pretty non-existant calorie DD except for a few test bites of kid food so hope to see a drop soon.
3/9: DD 157.0 Come on!!!!
3/10: UD 153.8 New LOW!!
3/11: DD 155.8 Back to weight at beginning of month lets hope it sticks

You are all doing so well...so happy for you...also..don't forget...even when the scale doesn't show it...you're probably losing inches..and fat Does weigh a lot less than muscle..I trust this woe...and today I was down 2 lbs...which means the stall may be over...I'm gonna watch my calories and stick as close to what Im supposed to have...for me, I think that's where it's at...speaking of muscle,.,has anyone tried the bcaa,.that is branch chain amino acid..the reason I mention it is, Dr Lara, who has a video on IMF...his wife lost a lot of weight after trying everything else for years.....He recommends to take it to help preserve muscle mass....I'm just afraid to do anything for fear of another stall.
so I just wondered ...I do know that juddd is supposed to preserve muscle too,,..but since I have so little left, I wanted to think about taking it.

Me too Elise! I was right at 150 to 152 a couple of years ago then I crept back up to 164 while I was on the road in Texas for a while. Since I got back home I managed to get back down to 159 and That's when I started JUDDD. I was hoping to get to the 140's by April, but idk if that's going to happen. We shall see.....

I like reading everyone's records. For the most part they seem to be going inch by inch downward. Very encouraging! JUDDD magic I suppose! I'm loving this WOE. DD's are getting easier, and I'm finding filling things I like that make it not so bad.

Ouch. I haven't seen this number for months. 5:2 is not my friend. Both UDs and DDs have been controlled. Really dejected now - I was so hoping 5:2 would be my answer to get the scale move but not in this direction!

I ended February @ 170.8 (I think), after doing a 3 day PH. Then I went to Portland, and really didn't measure or weigh (food and myself)
Starting with a DD today, and maybe if I go through 2 full weeks of rotations I will try the PH again. It was easy, and filling...and, I saw weight loss....I just hope it stays next time (if I end it with starting good rotations )

3/7 UD 170.2 sick with a cold, but will eat my UD #'s
3/8 DD DNW still sick

March goal: keep up with moderate carbs and regular exercise; goal weight 213.7 (-6 from end of Feb. weight of 219.7). Added goal 3/11: weight training 2 DDs a week, some cardio on most UDs, eat all UD calories when exercising.

3/1 - DD - 221.3 - hip hop aerobics
3/2 - UD - 220.2
3/3 - DD - 220.2 - weights and 1/2 hr treadmill
3/4 - UD - 219.9
3/5 - DD - 220.5 - glow aerobics - Noticing much smaller bounces since doing the moderate carbs.
3/6 - UD - 219.9 - doing better than I ever have with calories and exercise and the sale is not doing much.
3/7 - DD - 220.5
3/8 - UD - 220.5 - getting annoyed/discouraged, even though I know better. did not count cals.

Flutter, hope you are right! But I'm sure I'll do this round few more times before going down! It's just that the bounce up is so scary and bounce down is just surprising!

Thanks, I do have good drops after a DD, but it don't last, as you can see. Bad enough for me to wait on 5:2 for maintenance - if I live to see the day!! For now, I'm buckling down, and tracking calories. Especially my UD ones since I tend to not eat enough.

I had a great time celebrating with my family over the weekend. I am back on rotation today (dd) and plan on being back down to 216 next Monday and keep going down. Although I didn't like the number on the scale this morning, it doesn't bother me that much because I don't feel guilty for taking a weekend off. It is so amazing to have the freedom of JUDDD to know I can just get back to rotations and not beat myself up for having a good time.

I thought I might be able to jump on in here at some point this month... But know I am on my 4th or 5th UD and can't seem to get back in. I am under a lot of stress and I am coming down with a cold. I have also had a migraine off and on for these last five days.

I am sitting here at work determined to start again tomorrow... But that is how it has gone this whole week!

You are all doing so well...so happy for you...also..don't forget...even when the scale doesn't show it...you're probably losing inches..and fat Does weigh a lot less than muscle..I trust this woe...and today I was down 2 lbs...which means the stall may be over...I'm gonna watch my calories and stick as close to what Im supposed to have...for me, I think that's where it's at...speaking of muscle,.,has anyone tried the bcaa,.that is branch chain amino acid..the reason I mention it is, Dr Lara, who has a video on IMF...his wife lost a lot of weight after trying everything else for years.....He recommends to take it to help preserve muscle mass....I'm just afraid to do anything for fear of another stall.
so I just wondered ...I do know that juddd is supposed to preserve muscle too,,..but since I have so little left, I wanted to think about taking it.

Start Date: LC 9/10/12, JUDDD 10/28/12, Fast 5 3/11/13
Okay guys... I think I'm going to try Fast 5 for a few weeks...! I'm thinking of giving it until April 1st and then I'll decide if I want to come back to JUDDD! I love that I don't ever have to figure out what to do for breakfast and dinner, big time saver for me and I never have a hard time fasting through that part of the day. Plus I like the idea of fasting for 19+ hrs everyday. We'll see what happens, one thing I don't like is there's so many JUDDD buds here and not many people doing Fast 5, they don't even have their own board....
