3/1 ud ~~~ 168.2
3/2 dd ~~~ 169.4--- off of an up day. did over do cals so not so bad!
3/3 up ~~~ 170.0 ---went over cals yesterday. weekends are hard.
3/4 dd ~~~ 169.6--- stayed right on cals.
3/5 ud ~~~ 169.0---- stayed on cal count!
3/6 dd ~~~ 168.8 --- no bounce…yay!
3/7 ud ~~~ 167.6--- wow! Maybe water weight, but I will take it!
3/8 dd ~~~ 167.6 --- no change coming off of a ud. I stay in cal. Amounts.
3/9 up ~~~ 166.0 --- So happy with this weigh. Been really Been really Diligent on cal. count!
3/10 dd ~~~ 166.6 --- Happy with this little bounce. Stayed right on ud cal count.

3/5 ~ 192.2 ~ UD ~ Went to a mother/son bowling event and unfortunately got into the cookies...
3/6 ~ 194.2 ~ DD ~ Cookies biting me in the butt... Total Body workout plus 1 mile jog on treadmill.... great dd!
3/7 ~ 192.2 ~ UD ~ Man, I was hoping that would be down a little more than that! Cardio boot camp workout
3/8 ~ 195.2 ~ DD ~ What a hateful weigh in the am! Hoping that's due to sore muscles and a late high sodium dinner.... Powerhouse workout
3/9 ~ 192.6 ~ UD ~ Why am I going the wrong way? I should be dropping under 190 by now? I checked to see if I'm in ketosis yet and I had a faint positive.
3/10 ~ 191.6 ~ DD ~ Well, maybe I'm going in the right direction now...


I so wish I'd quit sabotaging myself everytime I get myself down into the 180's! Not sure what my goal will be this month... Let's see how long it takes me to get back to 187?!

4 March 147.4 lbs
5 March 146 lbs (new low this time: Potato hack)
6 March 146 lbs (new low has held)
7 March 145 lbs (low is maintaining)
8 March 146 lbs (goodbye low)
9 March 145.4lbs (welcome but still gut issues)

10 March 144.4lbs (new but artificial low because I was ill during the night)

Paint in the euphemisms for yourself, but whether it's a side-effect of the potato hack or a random bug, I was rather ill during the night which is why I think today's weight is artificially low.

No potato today, only congee while my gut calms down (rice soup is definitely within the spirit of the PH as it will cause an insulin spike albeit rice isn't a nutritional patch on potato).

Awesome new numbers for Sorren JD and Zagnut I hope everyone will drop nicely today!

February was awful but I have some new strategies and am determined to get out of the 150's. Goal 149.xx

3/1: DD 157.8
3/2: UD 155.8
3/3: DD 155.8 No bounce. First time I've stuck to my calories in a long time
3/4: UD 155.6 No reward for DD but I was soooo good!
3/5: DD 157.2 Mostly stuck to UD calories again. Will see progress soon maybe Mid month rapidly approaching though.
3/6: UD 155.4 Survived a passable DD with a potluck in the morning, a family trip to arby's, and a friend bringing over gormet cupcakes for us to eat, so all in all a WIN
3/7: DD 157.8 Skipped Breakfast, light lunch, and then dealt badly with some emotional stuff with a friend by falling head first into a huge bag of chocolate trail mix. Trying for a low low DD today
3/8: UD 156.6 Had a pretty non-existant calorie DD except for a few test bites of kid food so hope to see a drop soon.
3/9: DD 157.0 Come on!!!!
3/10: UD 153.8 New LOW!! I finally gave in and tried the potato hack as a 400 calorie DD yesterday. Honestly I have never had an easier DD in my life, very very little hunger. Was only going to do it on DD's but with THAT number I'm going to ride the crazy train for a bit and see if I can drop the stupid 50's forever with a Potato UD!

How exciting!!!!!!! I don't blame you for trying an UD with it, too, now! I tried a PDD last week myself and stayed at my UD bounce so dropped it. It sure seems fabulous for people it works on!

3/3 - DD - 220.2 - weights and 1/2 hr treadmill
3/4 - UD - 219.9
3/5 - DD - 220.5 - glow aerobics - Noticing much smaller bounces since doing the moderate carbs.
3/6 - UD - 219.9 - doing better than I ever have with calories and exercise and the sale is not doing much.

3/8 - UD - 220.5 - getting annoyed/discouraged, even though I know better. did not count cals.

I ended February @ 170.8 (I think), after doing a 3 day PH. Then I went to Portland, and really didn't measure or weigh (food and myself)
Starting with a DD today, and maybe if I go through 2 full weeks of rotations I will try the PH again. It was easy, and filling...and, I saw weight loss....I just hope it stays next time (if I end it with starting good rotations )

3/7 UD 170.2 sick with a cold, but will eat my UD #'s
3/8 DD DNW still sick
3/9 UD 169.0 feeling a little better

Paint in the euphemisms for yourself, but whether it's a side-effect of the potato hack or a random bug, I was rather ill during the night which is why I think today's weight is artificially low.

No potato today, only congee while my gut calms down (rice soup is definitely within the spirit of the PH as it will cause an insulin spike albeit rice isn't a nutritional patch on potato).

3/10: UD 153.8 New LOW!! I finally gave in and tried the potato hack as a 400 calorie DD yesterday. Honestly I have never had an easier DD in my life, very very little hunger. Was only going to do it on DD's but with THAT number I'm going to ride the crazy train for a bit and see if I can drop the stupid 50's forever with a Potato UD!

5 March 146 lbs (new low this time: Potato hack)
6 March 146 lbs (new low has held)
7 March 145 lbs (low is maintaining)
8 March 146 lbs (goodbye low)
9 March 145.4lbs (welcome but still gut issues)

10 March 144.4lbs (new but artificial low because I was ill during the night)
11 March 144.6lbs (surprised but sodium & water levels will take a while to normalise)

I'm feeling much better. I'm now been on a potato hack for 8 days and plan to continue until 17 March unless I'm ill again or the tiredness doesn't improve.

My new cause for fretting (I'm such a worry wort) is in case a fair amount of this loss is glycogen and water and it will bounce back with a vengeance when I end the PH. However, the future is unknown so it can take care of itself because I'm beginning to notice that my worrying about something doesn't seem to change it much

I'm very touched by the good wishes and encouragement from posters here.
