S - protein granola bar
L - leftover GF Pizza
D - not sure, we are all here-there-everywhere tonight I prefer us to all eat together. Need to figure it out!
I should have around 900c to use for the evening with whatever we decide on!
I'm getting boring in my *ahem* older age. I seem to eat almost the same things every day.
B: Everything bagel with cream cheese, coffee
L: Banh Mi
B - my usual eggs w/ chz, turk sausage, almond milk 260cals
L - tuna salad on ww toast, sunchips harvest cheddar 500 cals
D - leaves me 900 cals for dinner TBD
S - ginger ale, couple of trefoils AND we tested out the new Lays chips - chicken and waffles & cheesy garlic bread - garlic bread wins my vote! 220cals
