calories on potato hack
Hello everyone who is doing the potato hack....I have a question...I know the magic of JUDD WOE is the large calorie difference between the UD and DD. So, during the potato hack, do you follow the same high and low calorie days? I thought I would give this a try for 4 days.

I think it's almost impossible to eat up to up day calories on potatoes only. I'm just eating "more" potatoes every other day during the hack. Lots of people do potatoes only just for their down days, and then eat other things on their up days.

I thought so Svenskamae....just the "difference" of intake on your UD, DD is what I thought I read.

I love my potato DD's. On up days, I add in foods like oysters, nuts, berries, dark greens, and chocolate!

If I am going to try this, should I just do a few (3-4) days of potato only to see results? I see where some have been using this for DD.

I think getting started with several days of potatoes only, eating just to appetite, is a nice way to kick start things. Then you can use taters for your DD if you like the way it feels. I do.

I have another question: when you end the PH, should you have an UD or DD following?
Thank you!

I'm looking forward to an UD after I finish this round of a potato hack (5 days' worth). I have a social engagement for lunch and for dinner on Friday, and I'm calling a stop to the hack for at least a few days then. It would seem to me like a drag to have potatoes, potatoes, potatoes ... followed by 300 calories of something else.

I just finished sliced potatoes fried (with spray) with some salsa. I then ate some raspberries....so, I was wondering if I sc***ed up? I tried to read all the potato info, and it seems like no fat, no protein...but fruit? Yikes
