What is with the gas?
 
I look like I,m pregnant right and my tummy is gurgling, I'm bloated with gas what,s a girl to do? I'm not even sure what caused it, but I want to know what can I do to rid of it and fast!

What did you eat before this happened? Maybe artificial sweeteners made with sugar alcohols? Obviously you don't want to go through this again, so note what you ate that was new and then avoid that food.

The advice on the main board seems to be drink lots of water, lie down, and stay close to the bathroom. Sorry you are feeling so bad.:console:

I'm discovering that veggies are really making me bloat :down: I went from not eating them at all, to eating several servings everyday, and now I have the big gut look going on. I'm going to try veggies every other day and see if that helps.

Lots of ginger!!!
It will both help you get rid of any current bloating/gas and prevent it in the future if you take ginger (tea, pills, candied ginger, etc) with meals. Digestive enzymes with meals can be helpful, too, esp if you are changing up your diet (different macro ratios, more veggies).

Google "carminative remedies" for more ideas.

you also may have found a reactive food for you. potatoes do that to me, several starches really. might even be gluten.

Probiotics help too. I had terrible gas for a while that almost sent me to the emergency room. Taking a daily probiotic cured it. :)
