My goal is to discipline myself to to regimine of this diet. Everyone says that the down days get easier the more you do them. I sure hope so because I almost chewed my arm off today! And of course I want to lose some weight. One pound a week would make me really happy!

So I have done better the last 2 days. drinking lots of coffee with HWC. (No caffeine issues here.) dinner both nights was lots of salad greens with boiled chicken and SF dressing. Still trying to figure out breakfast and lunch items.

My goal is to just keep on track the way I have been for the last week and a half. I would LOVE to see the scale finally drop, but it is REFUSING to budge...and if it does, it goes UP But on the bright side, I do feel better and my clothes fit better. So my goal is to just keep on track.

Only goals for now are to keep to rotations and do what I'm supposed to do. I am hoping the scale starts moving back down again soon.

Carly, I am sure you look wonderful! I do know a little something about scaring small children in Florida. I'll be doing it again in a few weeks, too! I think I'll have to shop for a wrap coverup right before we go. OY

My goal is to see the scale move again. After two months of being in the low 180's, I want to breakthrough to the 70's. Not sure what is going on, I was in the sunshine state for the month of February and I biked, swam and walked two hours a day and didn't lose a pound. I am going to try to add more protein and fat to my diet also, thinking that the carbs could be the problem. I love the carbs!!!

No weight goal because it feels so completely out of my control, but my goal for March is to have a majority of UD's be within my calorie range. I'm going to try steph's idea of one UD a week being a freebie, but the rest need to be within my range so I can stop bouncing around the high 180's.

I wish you all a good month coming up in March..you can make that goal..........
Jeanne, I found a link on LC friends that talks about how some people are dealing with cravings and being hungry...some info is about supplelments..and also a mention of a book that gives good info on how and when to take supplements for different problems...if I can post the link , you may want to check it out..I think I will look at the Library and see if they have it here. I hope this works, I've never posted a link on here.

Bad Cravings? Try this!

Thanks jaymar, about glutamine & chromium: I am trying both, but I have found that the glutamine gives me real bad headaches, so I stopped that one, but still taking the chromium. It does seem to be helping.
I have also found that if I eat one oz of cream cheese with my coffee in the morning it keep the hunger away for a much longer time.

As for the sugar craving, I am still hanging on to the cold turkey way of handling it. and let me tell you it's hard! Not that I can't do it, but it's a work in progress each day.

Cindy - my Stepsons bday is April 1st!

My goal is to keep on rotation and log calories. I have done excellent with this since Jan 12th only having 1 MD so far and only going over on UD calories a few times. Goal weight is 185!

My goal for March is to get my JUDDD mojo back and not act like every UD is a REWARD for my DD. It's not. Its just another day. I would also like to dip into (and out of) the 140's and eventually become not overweight at 139. No pressure right?

I managed 3 aerobic/toning classes this week. I really want to keep this up. I was so good at going to the gym until middle of last year then for one reason and another it dropped down to 1 or 2 classes, and sometimes less.

I must make this happen!

My goals for March--

Continuing forward with the JUDDD plan, be consistent and continue to put room between where I am and that 3 number. I never ever EVER want to see that again!

Keep unrealistic expectations at bay and be happy with small successes. Maintain a positive outlook.

Increase exercise. Get outside and enjoy the fresh air and beautiful Georgia springtime. (I am listening to a verifiable birdie circus as I am typing!)

Stay thankful and appreciative.

My goals are to incorporate more exercise - the weather is getting better so I will get out walking more. Maybe start the couch to 5K.

Also to try to maintain my regular eod rotations. So far so good!! I've even managed to handle some DD social events!

I will keep doing what I am doing. So far have been keeping a good rotation schedule with nice and low DDs. Excercising 3 days a week. I will start walking but not till the snow is gone (hopefully April). I would like to be in the 170's by the end of the month.

Kimmietoo and others, that's a really helpful thing to read about managing expectations, thank you. "Keep unrealistic expectations at bay and be happy with small successes. Maintain a positive outlook.`'

By the close of March, I need to be able to cycle 100km comfortably, at a reasonable intensity, on my recumbent exercise bike.

I would like to have broken my 150 lbs +/- 2.5 lb stall and to be in the mid 140s for the 'top' of my bounce (if you see what I mean).

This is my first month on JUDDD, so I don't want to set expectations of weight loss too high. I really have no idea what will happen! I would love to be solidly in onederland by the end of March.

My exercise goal is to keep rockin' the boot camp 3-4 days a week. Hardest workout I've ever done, but its amazing what you can do!
