DD Monday - what's the plan???

should be between 500-600c Woke starving, so I ate my cottage cheese early.
DD Potato Day
B - coffee with HWC, oat bran
L - cold boiled potatoes
D - cold boiled potatoes
Water with sea salt and I do have broth in case I think I need it.
I am so up in the last week. To the tune of about 5 pounds! Some of that is bloat but .... I desperately need a good DD today.
B- Greek yogurt (80 cals)
L- magic pop w lite laughing cow and cucumbers (55)
S- green pepper dipped in 2T light sour cream w spices (100)
D- bowl of matzo ball soup (100)
I had like a half pound bounce up this morning..from yesterday being an ud...so I'm hoping it will bounce back down after today's dd, bounces have been smaller so I have my fingers crossed for good results tomorrow..If Not..I will just keep doing the rotations...oh..also started taking 5 gr of L glutamine.
B one boiled egg 80 cals
L may skip and conserve til dinner
D frozen entree 408 cals

This am I'm still OUT OF cottage cheese.
B. Shredded/shaved fresh carrots, celery, radish, a plate full.
All fresh, beautiful veggies, I tired of chewing for 35 calories.
We'll see how I do in the pool.
I'm up from a night out Friday. Terribly dehydrated and hung over which turned my DD Saturday into an MD, kept Sunday UD as usual, back to DD today. I'm up 2.5. Don't know if I can make my Feb goal to be under 190 now. :(

Well had quite an UD yesterday so will try for a very good DD today. The end of Feb is close and I am not sure I'll make my goal.

My soup was divine, full to bursting for around 250 cals.

So far, so good. No blood sugar crash yet like the last time I tried.
B: black coffee, 1/2 a cold red potato
D: 3 small red potatoes warmed topped w/salsa
S: 1 smallish yukon gold potato in beef broth; 1-2 small red potatoes on the waffle iron toped w/ vinegar and tabasco

Breakfast - smoothie of protein powder, fresh peach, frozen wild blueberries, coconut milk. 200
Lunch - big tossed salad, 1/4 Cup lentils, 1 T vinaigrette. 280
MidAfternoon Snack - half-sandwich on sunflower bread, with slice of beef and teaspoon of pimento cheese - 150
630 so far, so I'll have a 120 calorie mini evening meal, and I'll be comfortable with that. I have several choices on hand for mini meals!
