Might just do salad and lc shepherds pie for dinner... Not sure.

Lemon water til dinner-then high fat high protein(maybe eggs and sausage), and then yogurt if there is room. Might try mixing in a little honey

Sher, honey is the way to go 1/2 a T is about 30 cal though... on dd's, I just go with sf sweetener... Some people use Mio instead (sweetener and fruit flavor, 0 cals).

I had my salad and dressing-- 55 cal

planned dinner-- 1/4 tray of prepared cauliflower-topped shepherd's pie (240 cals)
100 cal of ff greek yogurt
40 cal of double fruit jam

435cals total.

I'm on my 2nd liter of lemon water, and not sure if it's the lemon or just drinking more water than I sometimes do, but I am peeing quite a bit, which is good, right?

I figure, I'll probably see a bump on the scale b/c of last night's dinner, so I'm not going to really pay much attention to the number till maybe Wednesday/Thursday.

Omg, all I've had so far today is 16 oz of lemon water, and a 16 oz coffee w/2 tbs half and half. I will not do this again, I am so wired. That coffee was strong. I am crawling out of my skin. And my stomach sounds like a creaking door. I laid down on the bed and it has constantly been creaking without stop for 10 minutes, it is so weird!

Salad w/ rasberry ving. dressing 70, and green beans 20

Total = 500 even (there abouts)

*I was about 250 short on my UD yesterday so if I miscalculated 10 or 20 calories I should be ok.

I had more water, but I also had lots of low cal veggies, double my amt of shepherds pie, no yogurt.

About 540 total. Still pretty good, more like 25% than20.

Today I'm feeling under the weather on my DD. At noon I ended up drinking Green herbal tea then I felt nauseous around 2ish. I'm unsure if that was from the cold or out of hunger. At 2:30 I ended up drinking a weight loss shake and for dinner I did my usual Progresso soup.

I'm not a big fan of tea, but I think it might prove to be extremely helpful on DD's. I'm thinking I want to get away from the soup though and once the induction phase is over get more variety at dinner.

Sorry you're feeling bad. I've been getting minor headaches on my DD. I've been drinking a lot so I know im not dehydrated. Maybe stress. idk, but hope you feel better.

Ok, seriously crazy hungry. Also, tom a week early (or its breakthrough bleeding? Tmi, sorry)

Had more veggies, and 2 turkey pepperoni sticks - add 100 to my day.

On the bright side, planning for tomorrow
