DD Friday - keep the mojo risin'

Hi folks!

I had an unexpected bit of a loss this morning after an up day! woo!
So I hope I can keep up the trend through the weekend... I have a dinner at my fave restaurant (where the chef cooks off-menu for us) tomorrow-- so my plan is to keep it super low tomorrow until dinner.

Today:

B: water
L: oolong tea (carrot cake flavor)
S: a serving of my ~50 cal cabbage soup
D: 6oz of grilled chicken thighs with hot sauce, and 1 serving of ff greek yogurt with sweetner and sf jam
another serving of soup if needed

total of 448 if I have everything.

Gotta have a good DD today. Yesterday's UD went a little off the rails, with too much alcohol, chocolate, and then peanut butter of all things! It was yummy and I think it satisfied something that was brewing in me. Not an all out UUAD, but about 800 extra calories! And I'm down 1/2 a pound today!

B: Coffee w/HWC
L: Coffee w/HWC
D: Homemade chicken soup

Total: hopefully right around 400-415

LOL, yep, it is... and I just looked it up and found out it's an anagram of Jim Morrison (mr. mojo risin)...

I just wanted to indicate that I was having a bit of an upswing in mood this week and wanted to keep it going!

Thanks Sher! I'd totally be up for that... maybe I wouldn't be so COLD!!!! <shiver>

I did find that as DDs progressed, I went back to normal, or sometimes even MORE energy and mental acuity (sp?) ... I think keeping my carbs in check on UDs and DDs is already helping... I just need more fluid today. Off to get it!

Had a problem with homemade whipped cream tonight. It was very thick and creamy, and I just wanted to taste it. Big mistake. I had about 2/3 cup out of the bowl, and have no idea how to count the calories. I'm guessing about 300.
Dinner was chilled shrimp cocktail, and a few baked waffle fries.

Dinner ended up being just Miso soup (25) and with my 2 altoids minis, I ended the day at 236 calories. Lowish for me, but not unheard of.
