B - 2 eggs, cheese, toast
S - protein granola bar
L - salad with pork/tomato/salsa/sour cream
D - eating out. Plan to have 1000 calories to use! --- and wine!

I was really hungry for an ud morning.
Bkfst...2 eggs 2 sausage..small Hashbrown
L ....chicken strips, cole slaw..
D .. going out..so should have 900 cals for that.

Not my up day...but my plan for tomorrow is to make muffins with soft cooked whole eggs in the center. Pinterest nailed me. Thinking about food way too much today.

Dinner plans got cancelled, so we took the kids out for lunch. Everyone is getting stir crazy with no school for 2 days!!

Started out with a bagel - always a bad omen for me, and devolved into a carb and sugar fest with a brownie and handfuls of mini chocolates. Just ate a chicken breast to try and stop the roller coaster and will eat lightly tonight. I need a hypnotist to convince me that bagels are disgusting. While they are at it they can work on brownies and chocolates too!

That was me too last night TJ. A little extra to drink, and a small piece of chocolate and it was all over for me. Why does self control just abandon us from one moment to the next. Hey, if you find that hypnotist, let me know! :stars:

B was just coffee w/half and half
D: gortons beer battered fish fillets in low-carb pita bread w/heinz 1 carb catsup and mustard (lol I know, sounds awful but I really wanted a fish sandwich but don't care for fast food buns).
S: tuna and mayo
Snack: grove square salted caramel hot cocoa (80 cals k-cup, really good); cucumber slices and ranch dressing; maybe some sharp cheddar

Staying around 50g carbs (total not net) for my UD's.
