UD Wednesday - plans?
B - 2 eggs, toast cheese
L - pizza pasta bake (GF)
S - protein granola bar
D - Leftovers (options Chicken/brocc soup, pulled pork, pizza bake)
They are "calling for" a HUGE snow storm for us. I tend to NOT believe the hype. Daughter would love it if we could make cookies tonight. So, that will be the plan, make cookies and wait for the SNOW-nomy!!!!!!!!
My plan is to not go over 3000 calories. :D I'm well on the way!!!!!
B - oat bran, coffee with HWC
S - cold boiled potato
L - potatoes with lowfat cottage cheese
D - potatoes with salsa
Yes a modifed potato day to get me back to my signature weight after my short try at 5:2. Almost there.
B: Everything bagel with light cream cheese, coffee
L: Banh Mi
D: ?? DH's birthday, but he doesn't eat, so it'll probably be rotisserie chicken and a veggie.
B- nonfat pineapple cottage cheese (200)
L- breakfast sandwich (210), orange (65) and a bag of pop chips (360)
Leaves about 900 for dinner and snack. Will try not to snack now until dinner. NO sugar for me today but I might indulge in some good bread and butter - yum! Need to sneak in some salad or veggies too!
B - 2 eggs w/ cheese, 2 turk sausage links, sf moch capp, almond milk & 6 donut holes 520cals
L - big cobb salad w/ light ranch 630cals
D - either chicken spaghetti or lc pizza veggies w/ pepperoni have 750 to spend.
I just noticed they LEFT OFF THE BACON on my salad! :mad: UGH!!! I'd rather them leave off the egg and give me my bacon! Oh well saves a few more calories for dinner.
