Breakfast-thyroid pills, ibuprofin, it is TOM, and I feel yuck!

nothing else planned yet.

kinda glad it's a DD, yesterday's UD went way over, by maybe 700 calories. But honestly, I think that is ok every once in awhile( just one day every month or every other month, but really not more than that, amiright?)

I think you're right Sher. I think the occasional UD+ gets the old metabolism revved up.

Ug, I sure hope a few UUAD are good for the metabolism cuz, yeah, had one! This is why I tend not to "add back" exercise cals regularly - too easy to go way over!
Anyway - the plan:
B: coffee w ad vanilla & co
L, S, D: potatoes, potatoes & more potatoes!! Boiled & chilled baby reds with salt & A-1. And lemon water by the bucket to flush the potato salt & any leftover toxins from yesterday.
Not weighing today...don't wanna know. Ok, maybe I will, have to see...

I didn't want to weigh either, but it wasn't too bad. before I went to bed last night I had pizza and 6 big marshmellows! lol I will probably see the bounce tomorrow or next day. Anyway it is good to get that UUAD out of our system!
Thanks for reminding me of the lemon water, going to pour a glass now:)

B - FF Chocolate Cherry Greek Yogurt, 1/2 x 1/2 in my coffee - 135
L - Homemade Veggie Soup with 1.4oz chopped roast - 100
D - Chicken Thigh with Green Beans - 175
S - Apple or 100 calorie bag of popcorn.

And we had a 1.8# bounce. Not freaking out...as I munch a potato & drink enough lemon water to float a small boat.
I'm sure I have some water retention in my muscles from yesterday. I'm feeling it for sure!!

mine was approx the same bounce Jen
lunch was spinach arulgula salad w/tomatoes, green onions, chicken, red bell peppers and ACV/olive oil-100 calories
so far 220
dinner will be sausage and egg for 220 :)
not even hungry at all today-what? this is a first for me

2 ounces iceburg lettuce= 8 w/ 0 calorie dressing.

Snack tonight will probably be 3 Kim's Deli pops= 30
1 Laughing cow light wedge= 35
Maybe more lettuce 3-5 oz= 12-20
and maybe 1/2 ounce turkey pepperoni= 35

zucchini alfredo
greek yogurt
zucchini tomato saute with spinach and onions
broth (only one "potion" today, trying for less sodium)
Lean Cuisine Chicken Chow Mein

410 cal for the day
4pm and all I have had is coffee and broth.

You've really done fabulous Carly, Congratulations. Am I reading your menu right? Now that you're at goal, are you still keeping calories way under 200 on DD, or is this an especially down DD? ;) Where do you usually come in on UD?

Yes- I'm keeping DDs really low since my UD number is 1590 and that's not much so I slide the spare 200 over to UDs. I am going back to eod rotations for a while, but hope to get back to fixed M,W,F DDs. I just called goal so my body is still adjusting and the scale went up about 2 pounds so I'm just going back to what works for me which is strict, eod, rotations with super low DDs.

Just 2 cups of coffee w/ skim today for me. 10 calories. LOL

I haven't been home all afternoon or evening, so the hungries weren't able to be fed for real. Darn! ;)

I hate that it's a DD... and I have things in my fridge the "have" to be eaten. BF isn't home this week, and I hate to waste! Still fits into my DD budget, but don't really need it today- just not hungry.

Tried some potato experiments. Took the boiled ones, mashed them with chicken broth and "fried" them like pancakes. Wasn't the prettiest thing ever but after I dumped salsa all over them it was good.
I also tried making fries in a pan. Did. Not. Work. Without oil, that is. Well, they'll be edible, just not the crunch I was hoping for tonight.

I have been stalled for a week so I had egg day yesterday woke up to 2 pounds lost yeah! I want second DD so I can keep my DD MWF which works for my lenten objectives, Any ways:
B 2 slices turkey bacon100
Went for eye exam and new glasses but they kept me forever didnt have anything in the car except small apple and special K chips150

L: salad no meat cheese or bacon not sure 100 maybe
D: can of crabmeat tomato 120
yoggie and cheese stick and another apple ( am always hungry at nite)200
