New here
Hi everyone,
I am new to this site and I am very excited to begin, but I don't really know where to start. I have read about the shakes but what can I eat durning these 2 weeks. Is there a food list or something of the sort that I can use as a guide. I do appreciate the feed back. thank you |

I didn't use the shakes or bars. Dr. J recommends them, I think, because he does not have a lot of faith in people's ability to count accurately. I did use a lot of prepackaged food in the beginning before I got a food scale, which really helps too. I use measuring spoons and cups all the time as well. If you haven't gone to the juddd calculator yet google it and get your UD/DD calories.

Yup, read through the other newbie threads and the stickies. Then buy a food scale if you don't already have one. And get measuring spoons and cups. Tons of great info here. Welcome aboard. We're a pretty happy bunch!!
