My first go at the Shiritake (which, some day, I will learn to spell correctly) noodles. They were ok. A bit chewy but I've heard the tofu ones are better. I actually thought they had a bit of a mushroom taste to them. Hmmm...Ate the whole pack though with the rotel topping. Need those 8 carbs for tomorrow!

Yennie, I had shirataki today, too!

B - Shrimp cocktail (90)
L - ground beef with shirataki, pasta sauce & ro-tel and a tbsp of parm/romano - 298

Total so far: 388

May have some berries with a little cool whip later on, or popcorn. I always have good results eating popcorn. (: Yay fiber!
