Breakfast-1 cup almond milk blended w/ a few blueberries and a few raspberries, 1 tsp Nestle's chocolate syrup-104 calories

Lunch-spinach/arugula salad with grape tomatoes sliced, 1 oz chicken, green onion, roasted bell peppers, low calorie vinagrette-96 calories

Snack-peppermint tea w/1 tbs vanilla almond milk-4 calories

B: Coffee with SF vanilla syrup
L: Boiled red potatoes with salt & A-1 (~200)
D: Beef, cream cheese & rotel with shirtaki noodles for me & rotini pasta for Hubs as we carb load (kinda) for the race tomorrow. (~300 depending on serving size)
Should be right around 500, a little high for me but I'm ok with it since some of it is the magic potato!

Will have another hot tea before bed-4 more calories-450.

Eh, I had planned on a super low DD today but DH went and made homemade pizza. OY! Still did alright, though.

My first go at the Shiritake (which, some day, I will learn to spell correctly) noodles. They were ok. A bit chewy but I've heard the tofu ones are better. I actually thought they had a bit of a mushroom taste to them. Hmmm...Ate the whole pack though with the rotel topping. Need those 8 carbs for tomorrow! :)

Yennie, I had shirataki today, too!

B - Shrimp cocktail (90)
L - ground beef with shirataki, pasta sauce & ro-tel and a tbsp of parm/romano - 298


Total so far: 388

May have some berries with a little cool whip later on, or popcorn. I always have good results eating popcorn. (: Yay fiber!
