Stir fry - chickpeas, brocc, mushrooms, snap peas between 270c
salad for dinner (if I have time)
Lunch may be all I can do!

If I need a before-bed snack, I'll splurge with a wheel of Laughing Cow Baby Bell Light for 50 calories
