As I lost my blood glucose got better and better. I think my A1C finally got down to 5.6 last time and I'm definitely not low carb.

Great news, Christine...so glad that the numbers are so good...so many good and informative posts here, too..from my own personal experience with the diabetes thing, I know it's scary...I was put on Metformin and Lipitor at the same time almost..I didn't know which pill made me feel like I was at death's door..but looking back, I think they both did..but I knew I'd have to take the metformin...so, I went to a way of eating that's a little different, such as..a lot of beans..veggies..fruit..(people say you cannot eat much fruit?..but I did...and within a year, my BS was back to normal..I liked the way that I was eating, but couldn't lose enough weight to make me happy..but finding this Juddd...has been an awesome and wonderful thing for me...continued success to you , I know you are going to do well.
