DD Thursday - Vday edition
 
Happy :heart: Day fellow DD JBs (and everyone! :love:)

My plan today is to show myself love by following my plan... no special foods or treats planned for today. We might go for sushi or dim sum on the weekend :yummy: but that's about it.

B: chocolate rocket maté tea (some caffeine... :jumpjoy: )

L: b/c I'm at work, I brought something to eat in case I get snacky when everyone else goes for lunch, though I'd like to hold out till 2pm or 3pm.
120g baby carrots (43 cal) with seasoned salt

D: the plan is some of my cabbage soup, 50 cal
2 servings greek yogurt 200
20g honey 60
2T double fruit 40

comes to 400 for the day.

Hoping to do what I did last DD. Lots of coffee w/ skim this morning, lots of liquids this afternoon, 2 HB eggs for dinner. Still at home with sickey girl, but know I'll have to pick some lunch up for her & middle son since I have to pick him up for an ortho appt. If we're around Wendy's, I won't be able to resist chili. Otherwise, I'll stick with the plan!

I'm hoping coffee till about 3. Herbal tea most of the day and them my feast. Drum roll fotato soup....2 cups ff chicken broth with 6 oz. of cauliflower cooked with maybe a sprinkling of parm and turkey bacon thickened with glucie so it kinda tastes like cream of potatoe soup. The tonite I will make some glucie pudding with ff whipped topping...maybe total cals for the day 300. Happy valentines day...my 8 children are enjoying their russel stoves wax -hahahahaha

mama, 210 calories for a small! ;) I forget what the large size is, maybe 320?

ETA: 310 for the large! Total carb is 21 small, 31 large. (if you count those, I don't!)

What a genius idea! I think I have a cauli in the house, was considering LC cheeseburger soup, but I like this idea MORE. maybe roast the cauli first so it gets a toasty roasty flavor?

Trying water w/lemon and lime until lunch-(although had to spit out the ice from work, yuck, so my water is room temp)
lunch-1 oz smoked deli chicken, pickles
Dinner-spinach and grilled chicken salad w/ dressing, bacon, avocado, maybe some French's onions. Haven't figured out the cals yet.

D: 3 servings of egg whites and fit n active string cheese (135 cal total)

191 total calories for today. I need it after going over my UD yesterday.

If I need to, I might have a cup or two of chicken broth this afternoon which will add 5-10 calories to my total.

Had small sirloin instead of some of the yogurt and honey... All i could do not to go waaaay over, but I held on.
Ud cant come soon enough.

Ended up with a different dinner then planned-3 oz lean ground beef, cooked with 1/4 yellow squash cut in longish pieces, and 1/4 onion slice in rings, topped w/30 calorie WW jalapeño cheese wedge, melted. Delish-about 220 calories

Had some coffee this morning, and lots of lemon water.
Actually ate about 400 cals of yukon gold potatoes (YUM!) with salt and A-1.
Now I'm nursing 1 single york peppermint patty (50 cals) and a cup of hot tea.

Soren, I finally tried some ff yogurt with honey. Never had it before. O.M.G. YUM!!!!
