Happy valentines day everyone!

B-mcgriddle sandwich from mcdonalds 550c
L-lc entree 260c
S-papa murphys pizza at the inlaws ??c

Small piece of chocolate with carmel (one square) ??c

I actually may be low on calories today :confused:

We are doing Pizza tonight too!!!!!!!!!

B - 2 eggs, toast, yogurt/fruit 400c
L - chicken/lettuce/tomato/cheese/salsa/wholly guac 280c
S - box of valentine candy from my coworker 190c
D - pizza and we are making chocolate covered Strawberries with my son oH and WINE

I have about 1100c for pizza/goodies/wine! I will NOT be low on calories today!

B - 2 Dr. Praeger's Broccoli Pancakes (80 cals each), 2 fried eggs (144 cals) w a dab of butter (25 cals?) ~ 250 cals

L - Veg beef soup, navy beans & cornbread - totally don't know the cals, as it is coming from a church get-together, I'm putting it down as about 1000 cals. Think that is too low?

D - a bit of leftover sqaghetti with wheat noodles and ground beef (around 500) , some broccoli w/ cheese sauce (40 cals) and maybe some sort of chocolate - it is Valentines Day!

Hopefully under my 2400 UD cals!

It's going to be a UUAD, I think.:o I've already had around 650 calories, and we're having an all-day celebration for Homecoming at work. There is chocolate, chips, cookies, cake...mmmmmmmmm

L - cold boiled potato with LF cottage cheese and salsa, birthday cake
D - small baked potato with LF sour cream and salsa

It's because i only had one square in the house :laugh: and i actually threw it out after a small bite-realized it was dark chocolate :down:

Ended up tweaking my plan for today-got a 300c bfast burrito at mcds, instead of a mcgriddld (easier to eat while driving lol), and i'm adding a big salad to supper tonight, along with the pizza :)

I am down 1.5 to a new re-low LOL I hate to ruin it with V Day butttt.

B - 2 scrambled eggs w/ a bit of cheese, 2 turk sausage links
L - salad w/ deli turkey and light ranch, 2 pk capt wafers
D - either waffle house patty melt & hash browns OR rigatoni martino & wine at carrabbas
S - chocolate cookie, valentine pretzels
